I GET IT.

Because THAT WAS ME, TOO.

If you're 50+ and post-menopause, we've been dieting our entire freaking lives.

But here's what you don't understand.

We've been taught that EATING LESS = LOSING MORE WEIGHT.

So when someone tells you that you need to eat MORE?

Your brain immediately goes:

“Are you fucking crazy? I'm trying to lose weight!”

Eating less isn't always the answer.

And continuing to cut your food lower and lower ISN'T a sustainable weight-loss strategy.

It doesn't guarantee that you'll keep losing weight.

In fact, continually cutting your food without adjusting your strategy can backfire on you.

Your weight loss can STALL.

Think of it like a car running low on gas.

You can't expect it to keep moving without enough fuel.

Your body needs enough food to support your activity, maintain muscle, and function properly.

BUT HERE'S WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW.

When you keep cutting calories, you can lose muscle, feel exhausted, and move less throughout the day without even realizing it.

You're eating less and less, but you're also changing how much energy your body uses.

So cutting your food even further isn't the automatic answer.

And neither is blindly eating more.

You need to know your Macros—how much protein, carbs, and fat your body needs to support your goals.

You also need to know when your nutrition and activity need to change to keep your strategy working.

That's where having me as your coach changes everything.

I'm looking at YOUR body, YOUR nutrition, YOUR activity, and YOUR progress to determine exactly what needs to change.

I'm not handing you another stupid-ass diet plan.

I'm building your strategy around you.

Because EATING MORE NEEDS TO BE PART OF YOUR STRATEGY WHEN YOUR BODY NEEDS MORE FUEL.

And knowing exactly what YOUR body needs is how you make that strategy work.

THAT’S exactly what I teach through my Simple Weight Loss Method inside my signature group program, OWNING YOU.

If you're 50+ and post menopause and you/re ready to stop guessing and start working toward the body that you want, go to the link in my bio, fill out my application, and we'll set up a call.

She didn't lose 20 pounds because sugar is some magical FAIRY DUST that you need to eliminate to lose weight.

She lost weight because cutting out SWEETS reduced how much she was actually stuffing in her mouth, putting her in a calorie deficit and she didn’t even realize it.

THAT'S HOW SHE LOST WEIGHT. PERIOD.

But now she has hit a plateau, and she has no fucking clue what to do next.

She thinks she needs to cut out something else, eat less, and make her diet even more restrictive.

NO. YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND WHAT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING.

Because cutting out sweets doesn't mean that you understand sugar.

Do you know how to read a food label and identify ADDED SUGARS?

Do you know that bananas, sweet potatoes, and carrots contain naturally occurring sugars, too? That doesn't mean you need to eliminate those foods.

You wouldn’t because they’re “HEALTHY”.

THE POINT ISN'T TO KEEP ELIMINATING FOODS. IT'S TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR BODY NEEDS.

As you lose weight, your body generally needs less calories to maintain that lower weight, and the strategy that worked in the beginning NEEDS adjusting.

And when the scale stops moving, cutting out more food is NOT automatically the answer.

THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED ME AS YOUR COACH.

I don't automatically tell you to eat less.

I look at YOUR nutrition, YOUR activity, and YOUR progress to figure out what's happening and what needs to change.

Depending on what I find, that might mean adjusting your nutrition, taking a diet break, or implementing a strategy like carb cycling as part of my Simple Weight Loss Method.

Because YOU don't need another list of foods to eliminate. You need to know how to adjust your strategy when your plan slams the brakes on your weight loss.

THAT'S what I teach inside of my signature group program OWNING YOU.

If you're 50 years or older and post menopause and ready to stop guessing and start working toward the body that you actually want while still enjoying your favorite sweets,

50+ and post-menopause, and your weight-loss plan is to eat “healthy”?

Good luck with that.

Eating “healthy” doesn't automatically mean you're eating in a way that supports weight loss.

YOUR SALAD WITH THE DRESSING ON THE SIDE ISN'T A FREAKING WEIGHT-LOSS PLAN.

And your freaking smoothie isn't a magic potion that melts fat just because you threw some fruit and spinach in a blender.

And neither is swapping cookies for fruit while having NO FREAKING CLUE what your body actually needs.

If you're 50+ and post-menopause, you need more than a list of “healthy” foods.

YOU NEED A STRATEGY.

Because eating healthy and knowing how to lose weight are two VERY different things.

That's exactly what I teach inside my signature group program OWNING YOU.

If you're 50+ and post-menopause and you're ready to stop guessing and start figuring out what YOUR body actually needs to lose weight, go to the link in my bio, fill out my application, and we'll set up a call.

But THIS is the win that gets me.

For the first time in 14 years, she was going shopping for a bikini.

And she was going to wear it in public.

WITH PRIDE.

THAT'S SO MUCH MORE THAN A NUMBER ON THE SCALE.

And THIS is what I want YOU to understand.

If you're 50+ and post-menopause and you're still trying to lose weight by eating less, cutting out foods that you love, and constantly trying to do more...

YOU ARE MAKING WEIGHT LOSS A HELL OF A LOT HARDER THAN IT NEEDS TO BE.

You need to know how to track your macros.

You need to strength train. AKA lift freaking weights.

You need to move your body and build daily habits that support your goals.

And you need to know how to bring those pieces together instead of guessing your way through another diet.

THAT’S what my Simple Weight Loss Method teaches you to do inside of my signature group program OWNING YOU.

She didn't have to give up the foods that she loved to make progress.

She learned how to fuel her body, build better habits, and feel more confident in the process.

And that's what I want for YOU, too.

If you're 50+ and post menopause and you’re ready to stop guessing and start working toward the body you actually want...
