Today is the day! The 35-minute documentary about making “The War Between the Land and the Sea” that I directed, produced, and filmed with @brightbranchmedia is out now! I’ve never let anything fill my brain as completely as I did this, and I’m really proud of the result. Link in bio!

Enormous thanks to @jopearcewales and @lucyw000 at @brightbranchmedia for supporting my ambition for this project and always believing in me!

As always it’s a team effort, so massive props also to the rest of the team, especially @lloyd_hughesss the editor, for pulling together the whole story so brilliantly, finding all of the humanity and humour, and to @luke_j_baker and Jo for then managing to wrangle all that down into just half an hour; @alexandrahfrancis for coming in at crunch time to save the day with her negotiating and scheduling prowess (and being the best stand-in you could ask for); @georgieoboy for smashing the graphics as always; and @catchingalice for managing a LOT of media and liaising.

I’m thrilled to share my new work for @bbcstudios & @brightbranchmedia on the hugely exciting new show @thewarbetweentv written by @russelltdavies63 and @petemctighe, directed by @dylanholmeswilliams ⛰️🌊

I really wanted to create some in-universe VAM content for the show and I’m thrilled with the videos we’ve produced

I was very fortunate to edit this video starring #JemmaRedgrave as #KateLethbridgeStewart from the footage amazingly directed & scripted by @petemctighe, camera operated by the brilliant @jonathonaiken and enhanced with additional edits and incredible graphics by @georgieoboy

In the second series, we'll see Lord and Lady Bath and their team of specialists host our summer events. Plus, you'll go behind-the-scenes of the historic House, Capability Brown-landscaped grounds, beautiful Shearwater Lake and also @CheddarGorgeAndCaves. I shot @varadasethu and @ncutigatwa for this fun ‘crossover’ trailer, made as part of the launch for Doctor Who Season 2 earlier this year. It was a new kind of challenge for me - approximating lensing, distances and lighting to try and match the cast into five existing shots from various BBC shows. I’ll let you work out which one of the six scenes in the trailer I didn’t shoot!

@alexandrahfrancis, @lloyd_hughesss and I did a lot of testing beforehand, and on the day we managed the five green screen setups in under 90 minutes with our very streamlined crew 😮‍💨
