🏆 MBA AWARD WINNERS 2026!

An incredibly proud moment for AURÉI GROUP, taking home the 2026 Master Builders Association Award for Alterations & Additions ($2.4M–$2.6M) for our GURU HOUSE project.

To stand on that stage in a room filled with so much talent, surrounded by some of the finest builders in our industry, and be recognised for something we’ve poured so much into is a moment we’ll never forget.

The Guru House was a project that challenged us, pushed boundaries and demanded an exceptional level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

A special thank you to Justine Money of @nohoarchitecture for her incredible vision, and to our clients for trusting us to bring it to life.

To our AURÉI GROUP team, subcontractors and trades — this recognition is a testament to the pride, dedication and craftsmanship you bring to your work every day. This award belongs to all of you.

A proud moment for our business, our people and everything we’re building together.

There is a quiet, subconscious shift that happens when a room is designed around human well-being. At Guru House, being wrapped in the rich warmth of natural timber while soft, high-quality daylight filters through these sweeping curves instantly downshifts the nervous system.
It turns a functional family kitchen into a true sanctuary. It’s a reminder that the materials we live with don’t just fill a space—they shape how we feel within it.

Welcome to Guru House. 🌊✨
When our clients needed more room for their growing family but had zero space to extend outward, we decided to go up. But at Noho Architecture, we’re not about just “dropping a box” on a roof.
We interrogated the existing shell to create a sculptural attic conversion that emerges organically from the old. From the blue-ribboned steel structure to the curved roof form that mirrors the original hipped roof, every detail was designed with empathy and precision.
Located on the edge of the Pacific with views of Tamarama Beach, this is where form meets function and comfort.

After 16 Months we have completed what is said to be one of the most iconic architecturally designed structures in Sydney’s East! This project has been nothing short of incredible. A huge thank you to all those that have made this happen, from our incredibly talented carpenters, all of the subcontractors and the design team. We also want to say a huge thanks to our clients who put their trust in us to deliver this bespoke home. We hope the home is enjoyed for many years to come and after all of this we are still smiling on the way out ✅ 😃 🚀
