✨September Dump

The best thing about this month…. It was about celebrating and showing up for MY village! And if you know me, you know I show up for my circle NO MATTER WHAT! Because I truly believe that GOD blessed me when he placed them in my life 🩵

Not only did I get a I get to celebrate two people getting promoted but they were MY BEST FRIENDS!!!

Took a few trips, ran a couple races, all while still continuing to navigate through the offseason in bodybuilding and getting ready for this next chapter in my career!

and yes…. We got more roses this month too ☺️💕😌

✨August Dump

August was a busy month!! Started it off continuing to celebrate my birthday… (because I’m a LEO and everyday is my birthday ☺️😂)

Ran a 5K for my birthday

Competed in a 500/1000 lbs Club challenge

Graduated ANOTHER EOLC

Ran a 5K every hour on the hour for 6 hours

Got my Danish Flyver ribbon

And ended the month celebrating my homies birthday

Looking forward to what September brings… i have a feeling I’ll be traveling a lot more this upcoming month 🤓

✨July Photo Dump

July is always my favorite month of the year, but this one raised the bar. Easily the best month of the year so far. ✨

•Went to my first ball, since being stationed here at Fort Hood and it did NOT disappoint

• Knocked out a couple 5K’s this month

• Celebrated 18 years of service in the Army 😎

• Celebrated my friends promotions, retirements and Change of Commands

• Took Hyrox training to the next step 😂😂 (yes I’m actually training for Hyrox Dallas)

• Celebrated my oldest sons 16th birthday!

• Celebrated my birthday with friends and family ❤️🫶🏽

I’m not sure the rest of the months can top this one… but who knows?!? Excited to see what August brings!!
