DEEP DIVE LIVE ep.23 on YOGIC PRACTICES & HEALING with @brigid_oneil

It makes a hell load of difference if you study under a great master, said Brigid and I see what she means by that.

Yoga has been bastardised (to say it bluntly) to fit our western needs but thankfully, there are still masters who teach the authentic practice.

Listen to this conversation to learn:

🧘‍♀️what is kriya yoga

🧘‍♀️how she healed her insomnia as well as her autoimmune disease symptoms

🧘‍♀️what hatha yoga is good for

🧘‍♀️how yogis have been working on trying to create a perfect being with optimal frequency chakras for years and what that does when you are near it (Dhyanalinga)

🧘‍♀️the difference between intellectual understanding & experience and why it matters

🧘‍♀️what are the culprits of the western yoga practices that are not aligned with the original practice (think music or mirrors)

🧘‍♀️what are the different practices, how to follow them and what can you get out of them

🧘‍♀️how to manifest anything, the type A challenger and the ladder exercise to help overcome the block.

All this is exciting and my own takeaway is this: we have all the tools to make this life so much more awesome than it is, to bring out our full potential and reach to that well of joy. There is literally no reason not to.

Thank you to those who tuned in and to those re-watching it - excited for us to expand that little bit more💫
