Proud to be BUILT2Last. 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥

Being part of the BUILT2LAST RUN CLUB is more than just running — it’s the community, the energy, the accountability, and the family we’re building along the way. 🫶🏾

I’m genuinely proud to be a part of this RUN CLUB and even prouder of every runner who showed up and put in the work today. Whether you crushed a PR, pushed through a tough mile, or simply showed up for yourself — YOU did that! 👏🏾🔥

This community continues to motivate me to push myself, stay consistent, and keep going.

BUILT2Last isn’t just a name… it’s the mindset. 🏃🏾‍♂️💪🏾

Drop a 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥 if you’re BUILT2Last!

Sometimes life feels like a blur, slow down and make sure you enjoy each & every blessing. 🙏

You deserve your flowers.

Every detail, every conversation, every decision….it was all worth it.

Community matters deeply to me, and I’ve learned that the experience I envision has to translate through the execution. The joy I get from movement and bringing people together shouldn’t just be something I feel, it should be something everyone gets to experience.

They call me the point guard, and I’m starting to understand why. It’s not about taking every shot, it’s about seeing the whole floor, creating the opportunity, trusting your team, and making sure everyone has a chance to shine.

Seeing people show up, connect, move, smile, and take ownership of the experience, that’s the win for me.

Watching everyone bring their part to the vision made every detail worth it. The process was worth it. The work was worth it. The community will always be worth it.

Rooted in community. Moved with intention.

This weekend I did my first 10k @aroundthecrown10k with @built2lastrunclub. The weekend was a whole vibe from beginning to end. Running has been my happy place for a while now. Crossing that finish line meant the world to me. #aroundthecrown #built2last #queenfemy #blackexcellence #iamher
