Over a year ago Mitch decided to stop drinking alcohol and that for every day sober he would do a push up. Day 1 = 1 push up, Day 2 = 2 push ups. Around day 100 he said, let’s make it 100,000! Today he accomplished it!

My dear, I am so proud of you! Here’s to another 446 days of trying hard things and f***ing rocking them!
