Healing from Lyme means caring for more than just your body.

For Day 15 of our Lyme Hackathon, Brianna Jablonowski shares a Lyme Hack rooted in intention, balance, and personal growth:

👉 Look at your physical, mental, and spiritual health together

When @brijabss was first diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease, she focused mostly on the physical side of healing.

But over time, she realized something important:

👉 Healing is bigger than symptoms alone

As her journey evolved, she turned toward practices like yoga, mindfulness, and spirituality—not just to support her body, but to reconnect with purpose, gratitude, and peace.

Eventually, that path became so meaningful that she became a yoga teacher herself.

Her message is powerful:
👉 Slow down
👉 Be intentional with your life
👉 And try to turn pain into purpose

For many people with Lyme disease, the pressure to constantly “fix” themselves can become overwhelming.

Bri reminds us that healing can also come from:
👉 Presence
👉 Gratitude
👉 Community
👉 And reconnecting with yourself beyond illness

That’s her hack:
👉 Treat your healing as whole-person healing

And this is where it connects to all of us:

200 hours later… I’m so happy to now share this beautiful practice as a certified yoga instructor🧘🏽‍♀️

This yoga teacher training not only opened up new doors within my practice, but also opened my heart in so many ways. To complete this training with a community this special is something I’ll forever cherish. To grow alongside them was one of the biggest blessings I could ask for. 🪄

This has been years in the making 🥹 This practice is sacred to me, yoga grounds me 🦚 it reminds me of the light I am and helps me to see the light in others, too✨ This is my devotional practice that I enjoy with spirit and oh how lovely it is ✨

Thank you to my students for trusting me and allowing me to lead them through flows during my training process, and even my first ever students when I was 15 years old! Sending love to all future students who will continue to deepen my practice❣️
