September was a vibe 😌 My take aways for last month: #1 You’re never too lost to find yourself again #2 Family & your real friends will always be there (even after he isn’t) #3 Never accept what you can get just because you’re too scared to go after what you deserve! #4 Everything you need is within you 🫶🏾

The perfect way to set the tone of our new week- Vinyasa + Savasana Under The Stars is back and it was a vibe UNMATCHED! 🧘🏾‍♀️✨🍃🌙🌴
⠀
[ S W I P E ] to see highlights of how we chose this Monday to release our troubles and stressors from the day and prepare for a great week ahead✨
⠀
Meditation + breath work was perfect this evening as the sunset naturally fulfilled its role and acted as a aid to preset our flow and environment 🌅
⠀
Our flow consisted of multiple rounds of Sun Salutation A done at the perfect r pace to get the blood circulating throughout our body and working our physical and mental as we focused and released on our mats💪🏾 Core consisted of Star Pose + Bridge Pose, which everyone welcomed with a challenge, and conquered!
⠀
Savasana included galactic + sleep sounds as Bergamot Oil + Patchouli Oil + Vetiver Oil filled everyone’s nostrils and traveled throughout their body during Aromatherapy 👃🏾
⠀
An awesome flow tonight! Thank you all - new and returning FLOW-ers for selecting your time to be shared with me this evening! SLEEP WELL TONIGHT - well deserved! 🧘🏾‍♀️💤

Friday Jr.’s Vinyasa + Savasana with the Sunset + Stars 🌅✨
⠀
Freshly back from vacation and I am so happy to see everyone ready to get back flowing! I must say tonight was just the touch we all needed to reach the weekend!

Sun Salutations was no joke- a special welcome to my students who haven’t flowed in a while- because I know it was tough! I am also so proud of my newbie students for keeping up with their OWN individualized pace, while still completing all steps of the flow 💕
⠀
Tonight composed of sweat and vibes, and our Zen Themed Savasana was the perfect way to close out practice tonight 🍃🌿
⠀
Awesome class! Happy Weekend on the Way! Thank you all for coming out tonight! A nice welcome back from vacation! 🥰
