We took our talents to the COUNTRY! Or at least that’s where y’all claim to be from! 😂🤠 And FAMILY… WE GOT DOWN!

Y’all look GOOD in whatever you put on! The creativity is always HIGH, and that’s just another thing that makes our family stand out from the rest! Keep bringing the energy, the fits, and the personality. We see you! 👏🏾🔥

👀 Y’ALL SEE THESE AUXILIARY CLASSES?!

Make sure you’re showing love and supporting our auxiliary classes! Every class brings something different to the table, and our instructors are putting in WORK, creating their own classes, building curriculums, and bringing new moves and challenges every single week! 💪🏾

Now, it’s getting COLD 🥶 and the holiday season is here. So we have 3 THINGS for y’all:

1️⃣ COVER UP LIKE YOUR MAMA TAUGHT YOU! 😂🧥 Keep warm, FAMILY!

2️⃣ GIV3. ❤️

3️⃣ Finish Strong 💪🏾

Give your time. Give your love. Give encouragement. Give where you can. And most importantly, THINK ABOUT SOMEBODY OTHER THAN YOURSELF.

✌🏾 See You Saturday

“Hurricane Isaias” tried to slow us down, but you already know… it’s BUSINESS AS USUAL at EFFECT! 💪🏾🔥 We battled the weather, threw on the ponchos, and still got to WORK!

🗣️ SHOUTOUT TO BENJI FOR COMING THROUGH WITH THE PONCHOS! 🫡☔️ Making sure the squad stayed ready!

And let’s talk about GROWTH! 📈👀

You might not always feel the improvement, but TRUST US… WE SEE IT! From our members to our classes to the moves we’re making, we’ve all grown so much this year! The progress is showing, the energy is different, and we’re just getting started! 💯

We’ve got more work to do, more goals to hit, and more plates to eat as we close out the year!

🤠 And don’t forget… COME TO CHURCH IN UNIFORM! You know the assignment! 👀

See you Saturday ✌🏾

We BEEN working this summer! And let me tell y’all from my POV…

The whole room is LIT. 🔥
Kicks flying off the bricks. 👟💨
The whole family is improving.

From the RED to the BACK, I love seeing everybody evolve, put the work in, and meet their goals. That progress is REAL. 💪🏾

And shoutout to ALL of our staff and auxiliary classes! Y’all keep this place moving. 🙌🏾

Please check out our auxiliary classes. New stuff is getting added to the curriculum ALL THE TIME, so make sure you’re in position and ready to work. You never know what’s coming next! 👀

Now… WHAT COLOR ARE WE WEARING THIS WEEK?! 👀😂
Y’all have been KILLING these coordinating colors lately. We see the effort!

I’m ready to see y’all again.

⭐️ ALL STAR SATURDAY ⭐️

This past Saturday was HOT. 😂😂😂

Like… class was fun, the energy was HIGH, everybody was getting to it — but my dawg was NOT playing no games and definitely wasn’t throwing no party. 😭🔥

Whether it’s a regular Saturday, an event with us, or you’re celebrating a special day, we just want to say THANK YOU for always choosing to spend your time with us. We never take it for granted. ❤️

SIDE NOTE: It’s STILL hot. And guess what? It’s GONNA be hot. 😂

So don’t tag yourself out of class… I’M TAGGING YOU BACK IN. 🫵🏾😂

I love y’all. See you Saturday! ✌🏾

CHEERS TO 10 YEARS ON METRO! 🥂

Saturday was the perfect kickoff to a week of celebrating our time at 1995. The energy was high, the vibes were unmatched, and the family showed up exactly how we knew they would.

To everyone who came out and celebrated with us, thank you. But most importantly, thank YOU—the people. The members, supporters, and community that have rocked with us through every season. We are nothing without you, and we never take your love and support for granted.

A decade of memories. A decade of growth. A decade of impact.

And we’re just getting started.

See you this Saturday as we keep this thing rolling and continue the celebration!

Two days out and the energy is already speaking loud.
Hippin Hops Oyster Bar & Brewery is where it’s going down.
May 7th at 7 PM. The room will be full of vision, conversation, and people who move with intention.

Pull up ready. Tap in with purpose. Leave with alignment.
