Josh Schoolar Street Art Fund, in collaboration with Graffwerk, offers an annual £600 award to support street artists or collectives in skill development and production.
Creativity is encouraged, guided by Graffwerk, to reflect Josh’s beliefs and values. Apply by DMing @Graffwerk on Instagram or emailing joshschoolarfund@gmail.com with work examples and a brief overview of your/your collective’s experience.

Deadline: 25.10.26 Street art completion by 13.11.26.

The fund honours Josh, an inspiring and revolutionary individual. His appreciation for street art is commemorated through an annual award. The artwork, featuring ‘Josh Schoolar Street Art Fund’ and ‘Graffwerk,’ should be documented via photo or video. The fund, administered by Graffwerk, is £600, available in November for project completion by Josh’s birthday. All applications are appreciated.

The home front.

I've traveled to & painted my name in many counties across almost every region of our planet blah blah blah, but truthfully I'm a bit gutted re my UK graff output. It ain't great.

I can seemingly hop on a plane to the Mauritanian desert quicker than I can get my act together to travel & paint around the British Isles. Travel's expensive here & the weather can be crap, but those are my only 'weak' excuses.

Note: This is primarily a note of chastisement to myself (& an excuse to post a few pics I recently re-found) I'm not suggesting for a second that anyone around the UK should give a f*ck about me & my 'old geezer' graffiti dilemmas.

Nonetheless: Thank you loads to the people that hosted or looked after me/us on the trips in these photos. You don't really see somewhere until you're shown it by the locals.

I shall endeavour to return to these places before my graff journey is done - & hopefully add some new locations along the way. Shout out to all the UK graffiti writers who keep it real all over the country. Respect. 👊🏼
