If you know the feeling, you know 🤍
That moment when class starts and everything else gets a little quieter.

What made you fall in love with Pilates?

Dancing on My Own

This has been my favorite Tim cover for years. I adore his slow ballad version, but sometimes the occasion calls for a little dance moment.

What happens when a room full of people decide to prioritize themselves for 6 weeks? ⚡️🖤

Today we kicked off our 6th Amplify Challenge with recovery bags, snacks, laughter, goal setting, and a lot of honesty about the exercises we all love to hate 😅

Challengers shared why they joined, what they hope to gain, and the changes Pilates has already brought to their lives — stronger bodies, more confidence, better routines.

Our instructors introduced special classes, Move Club events, and yes… the Pilates Games 👀⚡️

Most importantly, strangers became teammates.

We’re excited to support, encourage, motivate, and celebrate this group over the next 6 weeks.

Let’s commit to YOU 🖤

Stronger together. 🖤🤍

There’s something different about showing up in a room full of people who want to grow—physically, mentally, consistently.

Reformer Pilates isn’t just about the workout.
It’s about building strength, improving mobility, and surrounding yourself with a community that moves with intention.

You don’t have to do it alone.
Find your people. Find your rhythm. Find your strength.

Better late than never.
16 years ago tonight I first saw Tim perform. A throwback to a couple weeks ago when we did it again 😊 Ready for another great year full of nights like this!
