11 sweet months with bebe B and it’s gone by in the blink of an eye. 💖

No one warns you how scary it is to start feeding your baby solids. For us, it was terrifying and we even waited past when our doctor recommended because we were scared that Bristol would choke and we wouldn’t know what to do. We finally started with avocado - she wasn’t into it and still isn’t. Around that time, I read about the 100 foods by the age of one challenge. We love a good goal / challenge so even though it seemed completely unattainable at the time, we started tracking everything she ate in the @solidstarts app. Having this challenge pushed us to give her foods we wouldn’t have normally thought of (hello tofu!) that ended up being some of her favorites. Today we hit 100 and I’m so proud of all of us. Of course, she’ll go though her beige foods only phase, but I’m happy that we’re off to a pretty solid start.

Nine months in, nine months out today! And it’s gone by in the blink of an eye!!
She’s waving and standing and crawling and… got her first tooth today!! She loves story time and meeting new people in the elevator. Appropriately, her favorite song is Run Baby, Run. She’s wild. And we’re obsessed. 💕
