Officially certified!! 3 weeks and 200 hours of training in Costa Rica. Excited to have this practice in my life and incredibly thankful for all the friendships I got to make in the process. Also, a million times thank you to the incredible teachers that led us through 🩵

It’s crazy looking back to all the yoga classes I took back in TX and NY, never realizing it was leading to this...

Thankful for the flow of life on and off the mat 🩵🕉️💃🏻

Some people say their doing the work and there are people like Joe who are doing it. He's the type of person who would fly across the continent to go on a 6 day retreat to confront the ego even though he's one of the selfless guys I know. You'd have to know him to appreciate the level of integrity he carries throughout his life.

Brit has to be one thē most patient person I've ever met. Her ability to look through bs and focus on the bigger picture is impressive to say the least.

I really got to be a witness to radical truth through communication between Joe and Brit. In no other relationship have I seen both of them say what's REALLY on their mind without the other person self-sabotaging. These are the type of people who welcome a tough conversation at the cost of a more trusting relationship. Truely Bravo

When first started working out, I felt completely lost. I had no idea what I was doing and wished I had someone to teach me proper form, but I let my fear of judgment hold me back. I worried about what people would think, and that kept me from asking for help
.
That experience is a big part of why I started my own personal training company. I know firsthand how intimidating the gym can feel, and I want to create a space where my clients feel supported, confident, and empowered. When I train, my goal is to cultivate an environment where people can learn, grow, and push past their own doubts.

Along this journey, l’ve met some incredible people, and one of them is @brit_mayes. Brit has shown up through every challenge, consistently redefining her health and wellness goals. It’s been amazing to witness her growth, and I’m grateful to be part of her journey.
If you’re feeling lost, just know that taking the first step is all it takes to start. You don’t have to do it alone! #gymmotivation #fyp
