@britessoftserve is a new spot in Pacific Beach dishing out some of the creamiest soft serve around!

Located just one block from the beach with convenient underground parking, the shop has quickly become a local favorite.

Everything at Brites is made with real ingredients in fresh small batches throughout the day. The soft serve is always gluten-free, free of food coloring, seed oils, and artificial flavors, with vegan and kosher options available.

Premium ingredients like Japanese matcha, organic honey and skim milk create a lighter dessert made with less sugar but plenty of flavor.

The menu features rotating monthly flavors, coffee yogurt made with cold brew, creamy flurries and a wide variety of toppings. Guests can customize their treats with fresh fruit, chia seeds, almonds, black sesame, blackseed, or fun additions like popping boba.

The vision was created by two brothers determined to create a healthier dessert without compromising on flavor. Frustrated by the lack of high-quality options, they began experimenting with recipes in their kitchen, making small batches for friends whose encouragement inspired them to open Brites this past November.
