I’m still reminiscing over all that took place at Refresh, and these pictures bring back so many of my favorite moments. 🩵This past week, we had our prayer call, and my heart was overflowing with joy and love hearing the breakthroughs and revelations the ladies left with and what God has continued to show them since being home.🙏

It reminded me how much it matters to have women in your life who value you, pray for you, and call out the champion in you. When you’re carrying so much and trying to be there for everyone else, having someone listen and remind you of what God has placed inside you can make such a difference.💗

From the hugs at our welcome reception to praying on the beach, laughing in the lazy river, worshipping together, and sharing our hearts around the fire, some of the sweetest moments were watching women open up and realize they were with people who understood them.

My heart for Refresh has always been to create a place where women can come as they are, feel valued, hear from God, and build friendships with like-minded women who want to see them become all God created them to be. Hearing their stories on our call reminded me why this means so much to me and how we get to keep encouraging each other long after the weekend ends.🦋

If you’ve been longing for this kind of community, there’s a place for you here, too.
✨Comment COMMUNITY, and we’ll send you the details for our next prayer call and to join our private fb group. 💕

It’s Tuesday. So… what are we eating? 😂

By now, we’ve either planned the meals, prepped the meals, ordered the meals… or we’re standing in front of the refrigerator at 5:47 wondering what everybody expects us to do with the chicken we forgot to thaw. 😩

Welcome to Beyond the Boutique, a new conversation from Pink & Unique where we talk about more than what we’re wearing. Because the women we design for have full lives, full calendars, people depending on them, places to be, and a whole lot happening beyond the boutique.

So let’s talk.

Meal kits. Prepared meal services. Grocery delivery. Takeout. Good old-fashioned cooking.

Are we using these things to make life easier? And if we are… why can it still feel like we’re somehow “supposed” to be cooking dinner ourselves?

No right answers. No mom guilt. No judgment. We really want to hear how you’re doing it, so we can do it together!

What’s happening at YOUR table this week? Are you cooking, prepping, subscribing, picking it up, or figuring it out one day at a time? 😂👇🏽

Showing up like you already know who you are= Powerful! The outfit doesn’t make the woman, but it can absolutely empower her. Sometimes it’s the look is the reminder you need: shoulders back, head high, confidence activated!

Pink & Unique designs for the woman with somewhere to go, something to do, and a reason to be inspiring while doing it. Made for Your Moment.

Had the pleasure of being one of the speakers at the Women in Science Conference this evening. It was such an honor to have been invited by the @ecsciencecenter and to be among so many incredible women. I truly am so proud to of the work we do at @beyondexpectationsinc and love that I got to share that with room full of future generations.

Also, shout out to my church @beachsidefwb for allowing us to use the building and for all they did to ensure the event went so smoothly. Thank you @rafsantos__ and @britneyo for handling production!! You all are the best!

Quick trip, priceless memories! ❤️ My sister, daughter and I headed to my father’s hometown of Youngstown, Ohio, joining our cousins to surprise my aunt for her 88th birthday. And surprised she was! 🎉🎂

She’s the FUN aunt—the one with all the stories who keeps us laughing! We had such a great time celebrating her and making more family memories. Happy 88th Birthday, Aunt Sake! You are so loved! 💕

Some conversations don’t just inspire you—they cause you to stop and take inventory of your own life.

That’s exactly what this conversation did. 💙

Rocky and I talked about what God has taught us through leadership, the mindsets that can quietly keep ambitious women stuck, and why sometimes the most productive thing we can do is create space to hear from God again.

We also talked about something I believe deeply: you don’t have to choose between being ambitious and being surrendered. But you do have to make sure your ambition is aligned with what God is asking of you in this season.

If you’re carrying a lot right now—leadership, business, ministry, family, big dreams—I think there’s something in this conversation for you.

My favorite part was my advice at the end about being your spiritual chiropractor 😉

🎥 tell me in the comments: What was the ONE thing that made you stop and think differently?🛑

And if this conversation resonates with you, it’s just a glimpse of the kind of space we’re creating at Refresh this September. 💙

Happy Friday, everyone!
I am thrilled to open the doors to L&E Middle Prep Academy, a school built with purpose, heart, and a clear vision for middle school students.
This academy is part of my family’s legacy, created in honor of my parents, Lee and Ernestine. And my son, Jaxon, a rising 7th grader, is my “why.”
As a mom and former educator, I truly believe we can do better for our children in the middle school space. Students deserve a school environment where they are supported, challenged, known, and prepared to thrive.
Opening Fall 2026 in Lawrenceville, GA, L&E Middle Prep Academy will serve grades 6–8 with intentional class sizes of only 13 students per grade.
Join us this Sunday for our Virtual Information Session to:
• Learn about our mission
• Explore scholarship opportunities
• Get enrollment details
• Meet members of our founding school community
We can’t wait to meet founding families who are looking for a premier middle school experience for their student.
Seats are limited, and we are currently enrolling founding students.
