C O N N E C T I O N “The energy that exists between people when the feel seen, heard, and valued. When they can give and receive without judgement. And when the derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.”- Beene Brown

Healing during postpartum happens through an intentional rehab plan, nutrition and a positive mindset. But I think most of our healing happens through connection. Connection with other women, and connection to self. Over the years I have witnessed many women come together, from all different backgrounds, all different stories. Forming bonds and friendships through motherhood, and finding so much healing through connection. Giving each other a shoulder to cry on, offering non judge-mental, unconditional love and support. It is an amazing thing to witness. Motherhood is beautiful and wonderful but can also feel lonely and isolating. We all need each other. It really takes a tribe.
To my BIRTHFIT Five Cities Tribe, Each and everyone of you are strong, incredible mothers. You are everything you need and wiser then you know. You all will always have a special place in my heart! I am always for you and here for you! The mother in me honors the mother in you!

In gratitude,
Chelsea

On this #transformationtuesday I urge everyone to #loveyourself and continue to chase those goals! Whatever they may be... I love bodybuilding, but you have to have balance in your life to find inner happiness, thus being able to achieve those goals. While having my passion I also make sure to balance it with self care, being true to myself and others, sharing love ❤️ and giving back. I hope everybody has a wonderful day and if anyone is in need of anything please reach out… Whether if it’s to a loved one, a close friend or even me! People love you and I love you!!!! Like I always say, If i can do it, I know you Can too 💪🇺🇸 much love as always and thank you for joining me on my Journey. #abs #muscle #instafit #gymlife #fitnessmodel #fitnessmotivation #fitnessaddict #cardio #fitgirl #exercise #aesthetics #shredded #strong #gains #fitlife #girlswholift #nutrition #aesthetics #body #fitspiration #physique #getfit #dedication #cleaneating #muscles #yoga #nopainnogain #strength #bodybuilder
