It’s all about balance 😉 Come join me at my next community event — Flow State: On Tap 🍻

Kick off Super Bowl weekend with some movement! We’ll start with a 45-minute mat Pilates class, followed by time to unwind, socialize, and sip together. Each attendee can enjoy a complimentary beer and will receive a curated goodie bag. I’ve teamed up with some amazing brands to remind us to prioritize self-care and self-love during the month of love 🤍

Not quite a Valentine’s event, but also…it’s February 💌 Bring your MVP, your bestie, your fav workout buddy, your valentine, or just yourself! (And don’t forget water and maybe a towel.) All other equipment will be provided.

Make sure you’re following to stay updated. Tickets are limited, so reserve your mat soon! Link in bio to register 🎟️

Draw your bellybutton towards your spine, keep your back nice and flat as you donkey kick. I should be able to balance my 𝓶𝓪𝓽𝓬𝓱𝓪 𝓵𝓪𝓽𝓽𝓮 on your back while you stamp your 𝓰𝓻𝓲𝓹𝓹𝓲𝓮𝓼 up towards the ceiling 😉 — say hello to @dais.cafe & @theoldsportco!!

@dais.cafe was created by a couple good friends of mine, and they’ll be the matcha vendor at Holiday Flow & Glow 💚✨ A post-Pilates treat is always a must! After class, stick around and treat yourself to a cup. They’re bringing some special holiday flavors!!

& who doesn’t love good quality grippies?? Each attendee will receive complimentary grip socks from @theoldsportco!! I love these socks — they give that timeless, classic, wear-everywhere style and they keep you supported through every move 🤍✨

Why “& Co.”? Right now Reine Pilates is a very small business — it’s just me! But I added “& Co.” because this isn’t just about me. I created Reine Pilates & Co. to bring people together and to help you celebrate with your loved ones, friends, and everyone else in your life — 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓻 & Co.! From special occasions and milestones to team gatherings, or simply just because, I’m here to help you and your community move, connect, and celebrate through Pilates 💪🏽👑✨

Hello! My name is Regienne, pronounced like Regine — which comes from the name “Regina,” meaning “queen.” Throughout my life, many people have told me that my name is a French name, and the word queen in French is “la reine,” pronounced like “rèn.” I have combined my love for movement and wellness with celebration, and created Reine Pilates & Co. 👑✨

Reine Pilates & Co. is here to empower you and make you feel like the 𝓇𝑒𝒾𝓃𝑒 (𝑜𝓊 𝓇𝑜𝒾) that you are. I’m here to help you celebrate any occasion with movement! Birthdays, bachelorettes, a milestone in life, work bonding, just about anything — I would love to bring the Pilates class portion of your celebration to life. Send me a dm or email me at hello@reinepilates.com for more information and to book! 💌

Follow along to learn more and hear details about the grand launch event happening next month 🤭
