Would you believe me if I told you my Doctor removed 31 uterine fibroids from my body? Well she did 🙏🏾

GOD IS GOOD!!!! As of March 26, 2025 your girl is officially three months post surgery from my (Myomectomy Surgey). It’s been a rollercoaster of emotions, pain, and unexpected challenges.

My menstrual cycle Has been giving me an issue for as long as I can remember. My previous OBGYN gave me a solution but that didn’t work. It only put a bandaid on the problem. I would have an excruciating painful menstrual. The pain would be so bad sometimes i’d faint. I decided to go back to my old doctor because I knew something was wrong. The issues I was having was not normal. With careful review and test my doctor decided to remove what we thought was only 5 -7 fibroids.

The surgery lasted a daunting 6+ hours, leaving me in intense pain and facing a difficult recovery I wasn’t prepared for. Where I was expected to be in the hospital one day, turned out to be seven days. I received 7 blood transfusions and about 4 Iron transfusions.
My support system has been nothing short of amazing and honestly, I couldn’t have done it without my TRIBE . 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

The post-surgery bleeding was alarming, and every step felt like a struggle as I navigated through bruises and discomfort. ❤️‍🩹 But amidst it all, truly, I’m in awe of the incredible care and support I received from the compassionate team at Georgia Gynecology. They were incredible.

1 out of every 5 women have fibroids. Some cases are more extreme than others. Let me be a reminder to advocate for yourself, listen to your body, and get the help you need.

I wanted to share this deeply personal journey with you all because I feel like some people see me and think life is just perfect. Y’all I’m human and I go through troubles and trials as well, but with prayer God always sees me through it! Just know with him we all will to make it. I’m excited to be back up and at it.💃🏾💕 Anyway, thank you for your love and support and being apart of my healing process. Love yall forever!
