Lagree Summit 2026 in Las Vegas!

I’m really proud of what we’ve built over the last couple of years, but not nearly as proud as I am of those that trusted Sam and myself along the way.
Thank you to Sam (my ride or die through every up and down throughout this journey), my family, our team, and our clients who make my actual dream a reality every day. Sometimes I have to pinch myself to realize it’s really happening the exact way I thought it would. Not without hard work, not without sacrifice, and not without a lot of doubt along the way.
I’m incredibly thankful to be exactly where we are.

Give yourself permission to slow down. 🌿

Join us for a sensory-centered yoga class for women seeking space to feel pauses, explore playful choices, gain clarity, and foster a deeper connection to themselves.

Through slow, intentional movement, breathwork, and the optional use of soft coin scarves, this workshop invites you to move from curiosity rather than expectation — no pressure to perform or get anything “right.” The gentle weight, sound, and movement of the scarves help build body awareness while supporting nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and presence.

We’ll close together with a restorative Yoga Nidra, guided through a customized storytelling practice created by Brittany Capozzi. @brittcapozzi

Brittany is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), belly dancer, and Trust Fall Writing® facilitator based in Massachusetts. She’s passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies through a compassionate, sensory-based approach blending yoga therapy, expressive writing, and movement.

What to bring: a yoga mat, water, and a cozy sweatshirt or light layer for relaxation.

Our first 2 sport season was… a lot😅. Lots of long weeks/weekends of ups and downs, smiles and cries, “Grey, where are your shinguards”. That being said, great season boys!!! It was so much fun watching you learn and develop and become great teammates/friends.

It takes a village - thank you to the coaches and parents who were always willing to lend a helping hand. Mom and dad, I have gained even more respect for all the time you spent running the 3 of us around ❤️❤️

SUMMER HAUS CHALLENGE
No drama - Just DRIP
Begins Monday 6/22 ( cards can be picked up starting 6/21)
How it works:

• First 3 clients to achieve BINGO earn a Haus Key!🔑
• One stamp per class attended (stamp not guaranteed)
• Squares must be stamped by your instructor after class
• Stamps are not guaranteed if you leave before getting your card stamped
• Asking instructors to program specific movements to help you earn a square is grounds for immediate disqualification

Current Haus Key Holders are eligible to participate. If you achieve BINGO, you will receive 2 Early Access Credits with redemption of card. The credits will be added to your account instead of a Haus Key.

Haus Key Holders may complete unlimited bingo cards while the challenge is active. Collect a new card and try again!

BONUS OPPORTUNITY

Current Haus Key Holders will be on the lookout for clients who embody everything Drip stands for—hard work, community, positivity, and strength.

If a Haus Key Holder awards you a Haus Token, bring it to the front desk to redeem one FREE stamp on any square of your choice.
