For @mrolympiallc I created a new batch of stickers to pass out. Mainly to promote and introduce Beisa, the main character of a story I’m about to publish, to the fitness world. I also created some from previous competitors I’ve drawn such as @themsolympia and @meldabodygawd .

This was the most fun and productive Olympia I’ve ever been to and it definitely recharged my battery to continue pumping out cool art.

Anyway keep your eyes peeled as I plan on having Beisa’s story “A Heroic Tail: Rise of the Reza Reptile” finished by the end of October.

There’s something beautiful about looking back over the last three years and realizing how much I’ve grown—personally and spiritually. 🤍

Some parts of my heart are still a little sad, and I’ve learned that’s okay. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting; it means anger, hurt, and resentment no longer get to live there.

And that is growth. 🌱

With another birthday approaching, I’m excited about the woman I’m becoming—softer, wiser, more grounded, intentional, and at peace.

I don’t know what this next year will bring, but I’m walking into it grateful, hopeful, and open to everything God has for me.

Another year of life.
Another year of growth.
Another year of grace.
