POV: The farm people are 30 minutes late, so naturally… we make a Reel. 💃🏼🐄😂

You can put 20 women on a baking retreat, but you cannot expect us to stand around and do nothing. 😂

When life gives you a 30-minute delay, you turn it into a dance party. Just another day with the @flourisheventsandretreats girlies! 🩵✨

🎬 From Footloose to FLOUR! 🌾👀

Did you know the iconic Lehi Mills was featured in the original Footloose movie starring Kevin Bacon?! 🕺

We had the opportunity to take an EXCLUSIVE behind-the-scenes tour of @lehimills during our @flourisheventsandretreats retreat, and it was seriously SO fascinating!

From seeing how wheat is transformed into flour to getting an inside look at the massive equipment and everything that goes into keeping this historic mill running, there was so much more to the process than we ever imagined! 🤯

And as a group of cookie decorators and bakers, getting to see where one of our most-used ingredients comes from made it even more special! 🍪❤️

Who else remembers the original Footloose?! 🎬👇

DAY TWO of our 2026 @flourisheventsandretreats Heber Retreat, and the fun just keeps getting better! ✨

We kicked off the morning with homemade breakfast burritos and delicious muffins, thanks to our friends at @lehimills for sponsoring breakfast! 🩵

Then we loaded up 20 bakers and headed to the iconic Lehi Mills facility (yes, THE mill from Footloose 👀) to get a behind-the-scenes look at how their flour and baking mixes are made! We learned all about the milling process, sampled some of their delicious baking mixes, and every girl went home with raspberry pancake mix and a muffin mix of her choice! Talk about the best kind of field trip! 🙌🏼

Next stop: @shopbakingmecrazy for class with the incredibly talented Rebekah from @sugar_brink ! 🍪✨

We headed back to our retreat house for dinner, and tonight’s menu was BBQ chicken salad bowls sponsored by our friends at @beehivemeals ! 🥗🤍 Feeding 20 hungry women is no small task, and we’re so grateful for sponsors who help make it happen!

Then it was time for games, movies, and plenty of late-night laughs. Because apparently putting 20 bakers in one house means nobody wants to go to bed. 😂

One of our favorite things about Flourish is watching women who started out as strangers become the best of friends. It’s the classes, the conversations, the inside jokes, and the memories that make these weekends so special. 🩵

A HUGE thank you to Lehi Mills, Shop Baking Me Crazy, Sugar Brinks, and Beehive Meals for helping make day two so memorable!

Day two in the books, and we’re already wishing we could slow down time! 🥹

A little farm time with my cookie people! 🤍 We toured Ballerina Farm today, and it was such a fun part of our retreat. Grateful for the chance to step away from our kitchens, spend time together, and make memories beyond cookies! 🐄🌾#BallerinaFarm #FarmTour #CookieRetreat #CookieDecorators #DrSusieSweets

@flourisheventsandretreats HEBER RETREAT 2026 🩵✨ DAY ONE!

One day in and I already know this weekend is going to be SO GOOD! 🥹

We kicked things off at @tavva.italian because you know we had to make sure we were properly fueled for the weekend! 🍝

Then we headed up the canyon to our retreat house in Heber and when I tell you we were NOT prepared for this house… THREE stories, an ELEVATOR, and more than enough room for all of our girls! 🏡😂 Apparently we accidentally booked a mansion?!

After unloading what felt like our entire lives, we got everything set up for our welcome dinner at @blueboarinn ! I made chocolate-dipped pears for each place setting, and they were the perfect little fall touch. 🍐🍫

Back at the house, we surprised all the girls with MATCHING PAJAMAS! 🩵 Then we had the cutest icing demo with the incredibly talented Rebekah of @sugar_brink , followed by our retreat tradition… a treat swap! SO many goodies!

We ended the night making @lehimills muffins for breakfast the next morning, because one thing about a Flourish retreat… YOU WILL NEVER GO HUNGRY. 😂

Day one in the books! ✔️

Three years of hosting these retreats, and watching women come together, make new friendships, share their talents, and celebrate each other will NEVER get old.

And the best part? We’re just getting started! 🩵

POV: You book a girls’ retreat house and accidentally book a MANSION. 🏡✨💕

Not us showing up to our @flourisheventsandretreats in Heber, Utah, and discovering our house has an actual ELEVATOR. 😂🙌🏻

When we booked this house, we knew it was going to be beautiful… but we had NO idea just how gorgeous it would be!

The perfect place to gather 20 women for a weekend full of friendship, creativity, good food, late-night conversations, and all the girl time. 🥹💗

One thing about Flourish Retreats… we’re going to make sure our girls are SPOILED! 🎀

Now excuse us while we pretend this is our everyday life. 💁🏼‍♀️

When your retreat house has FOUR levels but also has an elevator… you better believe we’re putting that thing to WORK! 😂🛗🧳

Between all the luggage, retreat supplies, groceries, and 18 women moving in for the weekend, this elevator might just be the real MVP of our Flourish Heber Valley retreat! 🙌🏼✨

Because who wants to carry all that up four flights of stairs?! NOT US. 🤣

Beach Club Bunco with @thesoireesupperclub was one for the books. ☀️🌊🤍

There’s something so special about getting together with some of my favorite event girlies. We spend so much of our time creating memorable experiences for everyone else, so it’s fun when we get to be the guests for a change.

Of course, the night took an unexpected turn when the weather decided not to cooperate. 😅 But if there’s one thing event vendors know how to do, it’s pivot. Within minutes we had everything moved inside and the party never skipped a beat.

Huge thanks to the Supper Club for bringing us all together. Already counting down until the next one! 💛
