So many positive, wonderful and abundant things have been happening in my life, but there’s also layers that have been super hard, so I feel like it’s important that we share those as well. Motherhood is one of the most selfless roles that exists on this planet, but it’s one of the most powerful. We used to have tribes and now so much of that load falls on a momma, the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional. You can be moving through divorce, death, be sick of navigating big scary things and yet you still have to wake up and be there with open arms day after day. They are our purpose but also as humans we have to remember it’s ok not to be ok all the time. #motherhood

Suicide Prevention and Awareness month 🧡so here’s a series of photos of why I exist. Of those who see me at my best and worst and still choose to show up and have as long as they’ve been in my life. Little me is grateful that they all saw something worth fighting for, even when I didn’t. I’ve lost many battles to my mental health but none of you ever let me lose the war.
