Nous sommes heureux d’annoncer la tenue de notre premier Symposium annuel sur la santé mentale des hommes, qui réunira des experts reconnus des domaines de la santé mentale, des neurosciences, de la médecine, du sport et des médias pour discuter ouvertement d’un sujet essentiel: les enjeux liés à la santé mentale des hommes.

L’événement sera bilingue.

Un léger dîner sera servi, suivi de la présentation de notre conférencier principal, le Dr Michel Élie, du Centre Hospitalier St. Mary.

Billets : 75 $ (non-taxable)

Un après-midi pour écouter, apprendre et faire avancer la conversation sur la santé mentale des hommes.

It’s here! My 3rd studio album, “Steal My Soul.” 🖤

I set out to make this record with intention and, dare I say, limitation. I wanted to honour my blues/rock roots with these 9 tracks.

It’s not a traditional blues record, but it’s not quite as eclectic as my previous albums. It feels so true to my voice, and people close to me have said the same during preview listens on long drives.

It’s not my first BBQ. It’s actually my 7th disc (you’ll have to search hard for 2 of them lol). But it never gets old.

Sharing the music with all of you is the easiest part. It’s what I’ve been dying to do since these songs were just little bitty ideas sitting in my phone!!!

There are so many steps along the way. The beautiful parts of creating, exploring and collaborating, and the challenging parts of logistics, doubt and vulnerability.

But ultimately, creating art is what I feel I was born to do. It’s a NEED.

These songs feel so true to my musical background and upbringing, and to the talented people who helped bring all these pieces together. I’m grateful to everyone who put a piece of themselves into this album. And to you who listen, share and come to the shows.

“Steal My Soul” is available now on all platforms and CD. Vinyl is coming soon.

Vos sourires partout au pays, nos partys de show en show, pis vos danses en ligne sur Kiss My Glass jusqu’à l’autre bout du monde, littéralement🤯💃🏼 Puis passer du temps avec les amis et la famille❤️
