Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I’ve decided to retire from football. I’m incredibly grateful to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ ✝️ for bringing me on a journey that I never could have imagined. Across 3 new states and 4 different levels of ball. One offer to a small NAIA changed me from 370 pounds to 270, but the biggest changes happened far beyond the field.

This game challenged me, humbled me and helped me grow into a person I never thought I’d become. I’ll forever be grateful for every teammate, friend, coach and person I met along the way. So many of you have become some of my closest friends and I’ll carry those relationships with me long after football.

To my saddleback coach’s, thank you for giving me a shot when my first 2 schools just saw an overweight liability. You’ve left an impact on my life in ways you may never fully realize.

Football gave me more than I ever could have asked for. I’m proud of the journey, proud of how far I came and grateful for every step of it

Thank you football 🖤

This is absolutely the best part about being a trainer @titansportsperformance when our athletes have the biggest smile on their faces when they tell you what college they accepted!!

When performing an outside spin move, you want to really sell the inside to get the O-lineman’s leverage going that way, if he gives up the inside take it, But if he post down hard, counter harder with the Outside spin! when you throw that ice pick elbow it’s going to send him flying!
-
Here’s a step by step
1.flash step inside out of stance (step 1)
2.hard step outside, making sure every step is still going vertical(step 2)
3.next you want to sell that inside move with your inside/3rd step and upper body, make sure to attack vertically to truly threaten the Olineman and force him to throw a punch
4.on your 4th step, you want it to be horizontal to the Line of scrimmage, from there you plant off of that foot, and throw your inside elbow hard outside towards the Lineman’s shoulder/back plate
5.from there reach your outside hand towards the QB to get your hips flipped and on track for that Sack baby!
6.(bonus) if the OL somehow still locks this up, I love a Hump move back inside as a good 3rd move counter!

Working the cross chop & progressing to an inside cross chop, to an outside spin counter. Love these 2 moves right here! When thrown properly they are almost unstoppable!
My guys came out all the way from SB, CA to get some work in! WHOS NEXT?!?

Unlocking the power of squats by utilizing different variations. From the explosive drive of box squats, to the core engaging stability of front squats, and the joint-friendly mechanics of safety bar squats. Each variation brings a unique benefit to sculpting strength and resilience within a program!
