„This triblade is just amazing!“
Didier Philispart @didierphilispart
.
„The Backyarder is the backbone of the Brockville Boomerang Club. Great tapping Gary’s wealth of knowledge and we look forward to seeing him in a Brockville Boomerang Club uniform very soon!“
Brian Curley @brockville_boomerang_club
.
The pictured backyarder boomerang was given to Oscar Möller @oscar_asmr by Gary Broadbent @broadboom7264 at the 2016 Schaalsee Dreckhecken tournament and this design really is „the best boomerang for beginners. It is a tri-blade boomerang made of a high-impact plastic, guaranteed not to break. It travels 10 to 15 feet before returning to the thrower. The backyarder can be used outdoors or in a gymnasium.“
.
The boomerang is marketed by Gary Broadbent! You learned about him in my reel yesterday. You missed it? How dare you!? 🤪😂

So, who is famous for his „one hour enthusiastic, motivational, educational, inspirational program that discusses the history, science, craft, hobby, sport, art, & competition of boomerangs.“
.
The staccato of this text gives it away: It’s the amazing Gary Michael Broadbent @broadboom7264 !
.
Here you see him throwing and catching a small polystyrene indoor boomerang.
.
„Small, tri-blade boomerang intended for use indoors. It travels 5 to 8 feet and is made of a very thin, lightweight, high-impact plastic.“
https://www.broadbentboomerangs.com
.
His motivational speeches and shows are so good, even the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force books him:
„Visitors can listen to world-famous boomerang expert Gary Broadbent at 1:30 p.m. during a free educational and inspirational program [...] An autograph session will take place following Broadbent’s presentation.“

.
Gary, despite all this - be careful - people might call you „Gary, the Dad of Logan Broadbent @logan.broadbent @broadbentlogan soon.

Kenny Barr from the U.S.A. is showing his amazing skills with the boomerang.
He throws and catches his boomerang from the top of the approximately 10m high watchtower at beautiful Schaalseehof in Dargow in Germany.
https://www.komoot.com/de-de/highlight/72224?ref=whd
.
Matt Barker from Australia and Giossér Braga @giosser from Brazil can’t believe it!
After all, the boomerang goes out 20 meters!
And comes back perfectly accurate.
What more can you ask for?
.
Let’s listen to what Kenny has to tell us:
„Oh yeah! That was the watchtower at the Schaalsee Cup in 2016. It took a couple tries. No grass up there to drop to check the wind, and it was pretty hard to nail the return to come in between the roof and railing. Every miss was a trip all the way down the steps and back up again. But I’m persistent.
.
I started throwing boomerangs in 2010, after seeing Gary Broadbent’s @broadboom7264 boomerang presentation. While he was talking about the history, science, art and sport I hung onto every word.
.
I bought a „Wizard Pro Fly“ and an „Invertable“ from him. We threw for a long time together in the parking lot afterwards. He invited me to a long distance tournament in Canton, Ohio the following weekend.
.
Needless to say after seeing boomerangs that extreme I was hooked for life.
Thanks Gary!“

Had a super awesome time of boomerangs related chit chat with James Hoy, Gary Michael Broadbent, Catherine Matheson, David Schummy, Logan Broadbent and Grizzly on one of the Radio stations 'Grizzly on the hunt' from Australia. The show was called 'Chit chat with Grizz and Cath' and I thank Catherine for having us on the show.

Will share a little video of the conversations we had, later.
