A Night Under the Stars ✨ Get on the Soul Train at Tiffany Haddish’s SHE READY FOUNDATION 3rd Annual Adult Prom at the Beehive.

Designing these three immersive activations—She Ready Jr. High Prom Soul Train Hallway, Pixi Beauty Glam Station, and The Convertible Send-Off—for Tiffany Haddish’s SHE READY FOUNDATION 3rd Annual Adult Prom with gowns custom designed by THE FASHION FAIRY GODMOTHER was a thrill and an honor—a party with a purpose!

Micheaux Film Festival 2024 was splendid with impactful films, enlightening panelists, inspirational honorees, and lots of good people!! A special nod to the U.S. premiere of “TIGHT,” a short directed by Ty Rey, production designed by me, and which previously premiered at Cannes Film Festival Pavillon Afriques. Congratulations to all the winners and nominees at Micheaux 6 !!! Thanks to Courtney Branch and Noel Braham, and all of the festival organizers for creating a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere for talented filmmakers and those who appreciate cinematic storytelling. I even had the honor of being by a presenter of three film categories during the awards ceremony!!! Well done, Micheaux Film Festival 2024!! #micheauxfilmfest #Micheax6

I had the privilege of being the production designer for “Guided,” a short film directed by Kara Saun and the 100th film production by Kids In The Spotlight, a foster youth program founded by Tige Charity where youth are taught how to write, perform, and produce their own short films. All artwork was contributed by the talented students at Inner City Arts Academy. “Guided” will premiere at the KIDS In The Spotlight Film Festival, Paramount Studios, November 2, 2024.

Enjoyed being part of the creative team for Artist Segnon’s BANDWAGONS music video, which was filmed on both a Volume Stage (Unreal Engine) and physical stage to create a seamless production.
It’s gonna be fire🔥 🔥🔥🔥

Savored the last moments of summer in my hometown with my sister and friends at the Chicago Football Classic, where Morehouse pulled off a comeback in the final 10 seconds to beat Kentucky State 31-28!!! Nothing could top that except a private cruise with the stunning Chicago skyline as my backdrop.
It was a good day!!!

Such an incredible experience to reunite with the cast and crew of TIGHT in France for its premiere at The 77th CANNES FILM FESTIVAL Pavillion Afriques! So proud and honored to have been the production designer for this independent 1970s period short drama, directed by Ty Rey, who inspired my production design career! Cheers and Congratulations to the entire TIGHT Family💜🎉 #productiondesignerscollective #womeninfilm #adg800 #adg800yac
