Happy Opening to @thatparentingmusical!!!!!!

Especially to @emberprodux, the lead producers of the show and my beloved friends and patrons, @takarakanashi & @cinemaxwellinc! It's evident how much love and hard work they poured into making this happen!

Also congrats to my fellow @freestylelovesupreme Academy classmate @themiagentile who is an amazing singer and is understudying so we'll definitely be coming back when she's on!

It's a well-crafted song cycle musical all around the theme of parenting. The music is wonderful. And even if you don't have kids, it's such a hilariously relatable show for eveyone.

The show runs at @theatrerow until January 19th.

Under the radar festival is your go-to for experimental theatre in NYC.

Take this piece about gender cannibalism by Philadelphia artist John Jarboe. Where else will you see a show that includes eating fried chicken, stripping, and dancing with socks on your hands?

See it now-Jan 20 at La Mama!

As @shuckedmusical enters it's final week of shows (and I cry all week about it), here's an episode I recorded back in August 2023 with Matthew who is one of the show's biggest fans. I hope everyone enjoys it, I feel like this is a love letter to Shucked and how much we will never forget it. I know I won't and I'm betting Matthew won't either.

My Broadway goal for 2023 was to visit 12 new theatres. The Friedman means I end the year with 13.

5 left to reach all 41!
