🧘‍♂️Grateful to have met the one and only @brock.tully in downtown Vancouver.

Brock is the first person to bicycle across North America. Not once... not twice.. but THREE times! 🚴‍♂️

He still lives in Vancouver as the author of many spiritual books such as "Reflections" and "The Great Gift".

Get to know our first Co-Author:: Brock Tully 🚲✨
Adventurer. Storyteller. Keynote Speaker. Author.

Brock has cycled around North America three times, over 50,000 km—but he says the hardest journey wasn’t on the road… it was the 12-inch journey from head to heart.

In his chapter of The Rise Within: Stories of Courage & Breakthroughs, Brock shares how moving out of fear and back into the heart helped transform his life, and why he believes our purpose is to “give” with our life.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in your head, afraid to share your story, or like you’re “not enough”… Brock’s words will meet you right where you are.

👉 Swipe through to read his answers (and his fun “This or That” picks).

💬 Question for you: What helps you get out of your head and back into your heart?

Book launch: Fall 2026 🤍

Introducing The Rise Within co-authors release! 🌸

Brock Tully is an adventurer and storyteller who has cycled ‘around' North America three times (50,000 km) sharing tales of his journeys and the profound insights he gained. His experiences on the road reflect an even more challenging 12-inch journey from his head back to his heart. Through his stories, Brock hopes to inspire his community to embrace challenges, connect deeply with themselves & others, to live with compassion and kindness, & to make a positive difference in their communities by being involved.
