when i met brock, the world melted away and it was truly love at first sight. we met at a super bowl party through my church internship and when i left i immediately called my best friend and told her i wanted him to ask me out! and he did!! he proposed where we first met and had our first date!! we started dating 9 days after our first date and from there it was a whirlwind of joy and peace being with him. brock is kind, hilarious, strong, dedicated to christ, fun-loving, thoughtful, intentional, safe, loving, patient, attentive, cares for me in ways i did not think i deserved, handsome, witty, has so many similar niche interests as me and so many different ones i get to learn about, and brings out the best in me. i cannot wait to marry this man and be with him for the rest of my life!!

She is the kind of woman that the scriptures point to; a quiet leader, a friend to all, a calm amid any chaos, and a beacon of hospitality in all areas. For those that know her, you know she has this unapologetic swagger and confidence that radiates in all that she does. She is lowly at heart, seeking first the interests of others rather than her own in a daily pursuit of living a life like our savior Jesus. Elizabeth loves genuine servitude, the kind that doesn’t elevate her to any kind of heightened status but rather one where the work remains unseen to most. It has been my greatest joy to try and outdo this woman in showing each other honor, and I cannot wait to marry her.
