We said goodbye to my childhood best friend a couple days ago. Roxy, you were the best dog I could’ve asked for. From your constant snoring, your stinky breath, the side eyes, you always knew how to make us laugh. You made our house a home and life already feels so wrong without you. I miss coming home from work to you. I miss our after school naps together on the couch. I miss you sitting at my feet under the table. I miss having you by my side. You’ve been apart of so many chapters of my life and I wish you could’ve stayed for a million more but I find peace in knowing you’re not in pain now. I’d never thought I’d miss your stinky breath so much. Thank you for being my best friend and giving me a childhood full of memories I’ll cherish forever. I hope heaven has all the treats and naps your little heart could ever want. I love you forever my little meatball. Until we meet again my sweet Roxy girl. 🐑💗
