Training Camp in Livigno

My group of athletes spent four weeks in August at an altitude training camp in Livigno. They completed a lot of base mileage and sub-threshold work, with just over 100 training hours in total.

In September, we will gradually increase the intensity as the racing block approaches. In October, Julian will race his first-ever World Cup race.

Second time racing on elite E-cup for me, 31st is an okay result considering the circumstances. Super grateful I get to do this. Big thanks to my club @triathlon_zrinski for the support! :)
