We received wonderful poetic pieces from the prompt, “las estrellas me conocen” (the stars know me). The artists are listed below. Show them some love. They are truly deserving. THE BLAZING AND THE DARK ...................................................... K. C. Das .............. Beguiled, here, by the blazing, I have eyed over the dark, That looks dense and amazing, All of them come here and lurk. They are rusted desires, They're those never ending dreams, That always breathe like a curse ! My hurt heart seeks them and screams. Like those loose petals that fly, Lost dreams visit me and go, My moments are quick and sly, To failures I'm forced to bow. The flower before it falls, All its sweet fragrance it spreads, With heavy feet though wind strolls, It never the flower dreads. Like all dry leaves fell my dreams, In the witching hour they sing, With moonlight caress earth beams, My failures for me tears bring. Wicked reality is, They're my sepulchral repose, From them when I claim my peace, My helplessness they expose. ..................................................................................... Prompts.. 1. "Beguiled by the blazing", 2. "The witching hour" @rhapsodyrobyn #poetryofınstagram 3. "Wicked reality" 4. "Sepulchral repose" @wherepoetryrises #lanachaseprompts 5. AUTUMN SMILES IN THE DESERT ............................................................ K. C. Das .............. Autumn smiles in the desert, All things here she seems to please, Nature is now seen alert, Though a red rose here I miss. I won't write again I thought ! Now I'm forced to sit and write, Concrete and abstract are wrought To trace the trespassing light. Foliage forgives this land They enjoy a chance to thrive, Viridescent turns the sand ! Pen takes it for a beehive. "Hold me in the arms of snow," Trees and bushes shall not say, Red eye the riled sun may show, Their hearts he cannot dismay. On this sand when witches play, The wind comes and roams around, The new moon nights make them gay ! They dance and make a queer sound. I don't know but I write it, I write how a desert sings, How human feelings they greet, How a desert passions brings. ..................................................................... Prompts... 1. "I won't write again" @poets_island 2. "Trespassing light" & 3. "Foliage forgives" both for @thaoniverse 4. "Hold me in the arms of snow" @beingyoubeingtrue @poetrysupportbybt 5. "When witches play" @libbyjenner.poetry #libbyjennerprompts 6."I don't know but I write it" @fallen_crescent .............................................................................................
