2026 Heartland Emmy Award! “Race to the Clouds” was a grueling labor of love, and this award for Outstanding Sports Program is a lovely way to top things off. Proud to share this with DP Brekon Baxter who survived many early mornings with me to help us bring this one home.

Back at the Capitol to learn from Josh Winkler, the Disability Policy Advisor to the Lt. Gov., about disability and access in Colorado, and to capture some of the unique details that make up the historic building!

Colorado has an important history as a key part of disability movements not only within the state, but across the country. Though this work is far from done, join us this November in celebrating those who got us to where we are today.

Lincoln Hills, founded in 1922, was an oasis for Black Americans from segregation and persecution, as well as the then-prominent Ku Klux Klan in Denver. In addition to visiting the resort in the hills, many people also bought plots of land, and some built cottages.

Join us this November to learn more about Lincoln Hills and the Zephyr View cottage from the Jackson family, who still own the cottage today!

Pics from a lovely morning where we blew trash all over the streets of a quiet neighborhood in Castle Rock. We got to play with industrial fans and make a huge mess. Massive thanks to our talented actor Andrew Mullins who let us blow garbage in his face.

Behind the scenes pics of lovely interviews at Victrola, a Denver-based company that manufactures record players. Their office had a lot of natural light coming from windows and skylights so gaffer Bahy Ghoneim had to fly some flags and give us a little contrast.

That’s a wrap on one of our biggest productions together. We started filming the making of an elementary school theater production in early November. The kids are amazing, hysterical, and really brave to have let us follow their four month journey from auditions to putting on a great show for their community. Now for the REALLY fun part as we enter editing… 🤓 Can’t wait to share the end result with you in 2027!
