Cologne Marathon ✅

Great to run it alongside @bromptonglassltd 🇩🇪

First ever marathon and he smashed it 3:40, pushing all the way to the finish line. No easing off, no excuses, just 42.2km of graft.

Months of early mornings and hard sessions all came together on the day. Proud to have been next to you for every step mate.

Started this block with no real target in mind , just to do better than London (3:50), Now that we’re here SUB 3 IS THE TARGET 🎯!!!

A cool space we helped create for the guys

the flooring was something we had never used before white matting with black speckles but it really complimented the oak panelling

The studio has a real unique feel to it but it’s perfect for a pt studio it has everything you need to get fitter / faster / stronger !
