6 years. Hundreds of sessions. Countless memories 🤍

Saying goodbye to this chapter of my life as a PT at Les Mills feels surreal.

From walking in as a nervous 18 year old in 2019… to becoming the coach I am today, I’ve grown more than I ever thought possible. Not just in knowledge or experience, but as a person.

To my clients (so many not pictured) thank you. Whether you’ve been with me for 5+ years or just a few months, you’ve all played a role in shaping me. Most of you have been part of my life for years now, and somewhere along the way you became so much more than clients. You became people I genuinely care about.

We trained through everything. Early mornings, long days, lockdown park sessions, and the shift to online when the world changed. Through it all, you kept showing up. That consistency, trust, and openness to learn is what allowed me to grow alongside you.

To my mentors, thank you for guiding me, challenging me, and believing in me before I fully believed in myself. And now stepping into a mentorship role for new PTs feels like such a full circle moment.

There have been so many milestones along the way. Becoming a finalist for NZ Up & Coming PT of the Year (2022), winning Les Mills PT of the Year (2024), learning to teach group fitness back in 2019, and eventually creating my own mobility class at Britomart.

But honestly, the biggest growth has been internal.

I remember thinking I’d never be able to stand in front of a room, speak calmly over a microphone, and lead with confidence. Now it feels like second nature. That shift didn’t just come from me. It came from being surrounded by people who supported me, trusted me, and gave me the space to evolve.

I truly feel so aligned in this work, and I’m grateful to my clients and friends for their support. I’ve grown into the coach I am now because of each little piece of love, kindness, and dedication people have shown me.

I’m not self made. I’m a collage of all of you.

Thank you for being part of this chapter. I’ll carry it with me into everything that comes next ✨
