Welcome to the House of Bumble ✨ let’s take a tour!

An NYC icon with deep roots in the Meatpacking District, @bumbleandbumble invited BTC inside their creative headquarters and bustling salon for an exclusive look at the NEW House of Bumble New York Experience.

What Is the House of Bumble New York Experience? 🗽

👉 This two-day, waitlisted event is set to become a quarterly experience designed to bring hairstylists together through education, artistry and connection. With 60% of the industry working independently, Bumble and bumble Head of Global Education @sheridoss emphasized the importance of creating spaces where stylists can build community, collaborate and feel connected to something bigger.

Inside the creative hub, Sheri sat down with BTC Senior Editor @laurenfreas for a conversation on the brand’s evolution, the future of education and what’s next for Bumble.

Come inside for a behind-the-scenes look and watch the full recap on our “B&B NYC” Highlight

The fastest way to lose a client isn't a bad cut. ✂️

It's making them feel like one wrong move is final.

Cutting specialist Bronwen Robinson @bronwenrobins reframes the entire conversation in two sentences: This is not your last haircut. I know more than one haircut.

That's the whole shift right there.

Suddenly the chair isn't a verdict — it's a conversation. Let's try this. Let's see how it grows in. If you need something in between, tell me. I can adjust. The client exhales. The trust builds. The booking turns into a relationship.

It's a small language change with a long tail: clients who come back because they feel like collaborators, not customers hoping for the best.

What's your version of "this isn't your last haircut"? Drop it below 👇

About Bronwen: A cutting specialist and pro-education leader with deep New York fashion roots, Bronwen Robinson helps working stylists build universal techniques that hold up on real clients — not just mannequins. Based between NYC and Savannah, she's known for lived-in, "off-duty" shape: cuts that move with natural texture and grow out beautifully. After years backstage and on set, plus a long tenure helping shape education at Bumble and bumble, she now teaches workshops through Robins' Nest — built on collaboration, curiosity, and clean fundamentals.
