POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

In a room full of movement and energy, it takes a rare eye to pause time.

One week ago already 🥺🫶.

There was a special kind of energy in every single BODYPUMP class last weekend — the strength & the connection between every presenter & mover on the floor.

The incredible @ali_gator_123 captured not just the movement, but the vision and power that make this Les Mills community so special. This is powerful.

Grateful to have these moments frozen in time. Capturing not just what we do, but why we do it together.

The power of movement, the precision of your lens — together creating memories that last beyond the moment.

Thank you Albert 🫶 for capturing two incredible sessions over last weekend not only a pleasure but an honour to share the stage with the ever talented @lesmillsnlbe teams on both days.
.
Also sharing this moment with my team mates @steve.tansey , @axel_svi & of course the beautiful @kyliegatesfitness .
.
Dit was speciaal , dankje 🫶.

THANK YOU AMSTERDAM 🇳🇱

People come in your life for seconds , minutes , hours , days , weeks , months , years or a lifetime.

Take what time they may give , and look forword to what might still come

Love those frosty morning sunrise-views 😍.

Is there any better reason to wake up and go out, than the sun rising with pretty views? ☺

Waar zoals altijd iedereen welkom is.
