"A Bronx Desire", is a contemporary 1995-set reimagining of the classic film "A Bronx Tale".

Casting & Creative Film Concept by @cre8edbyjay

"In a city ruled by loyalty, desire changes everything."

New York City. Summer 1995.

An era defined by cultural transformation, hip-hop culture and nightlife, neighborhood loyalty and pride, and the complexities of love across social and racial boundaries.

Inspired by the 1993 classic "A Bronx Tale", my vision explores a new chapter through an expanded romantic narrative, reimagined character dynamics, and the unmistakable culture energy of 1990's New York.

An Award Sweeping Lead Cast:
@realmichaelimperioli as Sonny
#SheaWhigham as Lorenzo
@giannivpaolo as Calogero
@ryandestiny as Jane
@damsonidris as Willie

With special cameos from:
@starring_taralhicksdawson @sheistaralhicksdawson as Jane and Willie's mom.
#LilloBrancatoJr as Calogero's Uncle.

At its heart, "A Bronx Desire" explores the intersection of love, loyalty, ambition, and the choices that ultimately define us. Reimagining and centering around two college-aged young adults returning home for the summer.

Different generations. Divided neighborhoods.

One city where desire challenges everything.

One of the greatest movies ever was released on this day 33 years ago. “ A Bronx Tale. My father and I’s favorite movie together ❤️💔 I have 2 tattoos from this movie as well!

“The saddest thing in life is wasted talent...

“It don’t take much strength to pull a trigger, but try and get up every morning, day after day and work for a livin’! Let’s see him try that! Then we’ll see who’s the REAL tough guy! The working man’s the tough guy!”

“You don’t even like him. There’s your answer right there. Look at it this way: It costs you 20 dollars to get rid of him... He’s out of your life for 20 dollars. You got off cheap. Forget him.”

“You’re only allowed three great women in your lifetime. They come along like the great fighters, every ten years. Rocky Marciano. Sugar Ray Robinson. Joe Louis.”

A Bronx Tale (1993) is a coming-of-age crime drama film directed by and starring Robert De Niro in his directorial debut, adapted from Chazz Palminteri’s autobiographical one-man play. The film contrasts Lorenzo’s belief that “Nothing is more tragic than a wasted talent” with Sonny’s teaching that “Nobody really cares.”

Calogero searches for identity between a biological father he respects for his dignity and a mob boss he finds glamorous and protective. Set during a turbulent era, the community struggles with deep-seated racism, which comes to a head when Calogero dates an African-American girl named Jane. The narrative emphasizes that the paths we choose, rooted either in love and honest labor or fear and violence, shape our lives forever.

@randazzo_seafood will take you back in time, Where you will see & smell that old family tradition & be greeted by the warmest smiles that have been passed down 102 years! 🙌🏼

My dad, grandfather & great grandfather knew where to buy the fresh seafood & make memories that we all smile hearing about now.🦞 🐠 🦀 How special it is to bring my kids to the same place they loved too! ♥️

If you’ve never been to Randazzo’s take a trip with the family for some fresh catch, They even have a recipe cook book print out I got to bring home. 🍝 🤗
