I want to thank Divyne, owner of @bronzelounge.az for sharing her craft, knowledge, and experience with me. It was an amazing day of hands on learning, and I am so grateful I chose to learn from someone whose work I have admired.

This new chapter is about more than starting a business. It is about continuing to follow what has always made me happiest: connecting with people, serving others, and seeing someone smile because they feel good about themselves.

I am excited to take that passion in a new direction through Illuminate Bronzing. For me, spray tanning is about more than a beautiful glow. It is about taking a little time for yourself, walking away feeling refreshed and confident, and feeling beautiful in your own skin.

Thank you, Divyne, for helping me take the first step on this new path. I am excited, a little nervous, and so ready to see where it takes me. 🤎✨

Here’s to glowing, confidence, and new beginnings.

One year ago, Flex N’ Squeeze was just an idea..

Honestly… I never imagined it would become what it is today.

I just wanted to create something that brought women together. A place where we could grow our booties, feel confident, meet new friends, support local businesses, and have fun..

I remember wondering, “What if nobody comes?”.. “Am I good enough to do this?”.. “What if I fail?”..

Now, here we are… one year later.

We’ve had girls come alone and leave with new friendships. We’ve worked with so many incredible local businesses. We’ve laughed, sweated, danced, cried happy tears, and created memories I’ll never forget.

Flex N’ Squeeze has become so much more than fitness.

It’s become a community, lifestyle, a family.

To every single person who’s bought a ticket, shared a post, told a friend, partnered with us, or simply believed in what we’re building… thank you.

Seriously.

None of this would be possible without you guys.

Getting your messages saying you bought tickets, seeing you post about FNS, watching you come back event after event… it means more to me than you’ll ever know.. truly.

This community is something I’ll never take for granted.

I’m so excited to celebrate ONE YEAR with all of you on July 18 🧡

And if this first year has taught me anything…

We’re just getting started.

Let’s Flex, Let’s Squeeze, Let’s Flex N’ Squeeze 🧡
