It was such a privilege to work alongside a beautiful cast and crew on ‘Chiara, Stay Awhile’, a magical realism short film written and directed by @brooke.belotti.

Brooke’s vision for this project was crystal clear from the beginning, and it was such a pleasure to have a small part in bringing it to life. Not only is the film visually stunning, the story is honest and compellingly unsettling.

The concept is currently part of the Sofia Coppola Award on Decentralized Pictures. If you’d like to support independent filmmaking, we’d love for you to check
it out and leave a review!! LINK IN BIO or check last slide for instructions for how to vote. Just a few days left to get your vote in!

We’d all be so grateful if you could support the project by watching the teaser, leaving a rating, and writing a thoughtful comment 💛

Just over a month ago I received a message from @brooke.belotti / @lottidesigns asking if I’d be the Hair & Makeup Artist for her short film, @chiarastayawhile .

I’d never worked on a film set before, and I had no idea whether I was experienced enough to take on something like this. Looking back now, I’m so grateful I said yes.
Over the filming period, I had the privilege of working alongside such a talented cast and crew, learning so much from everyone involved, and watching Brooke bring her vision to life with so much passion. It’s an experience I’ll never forget.
Now, Chiara, Stay Awhile has officially entered the voting stage of the Sofia Coppola Short Film Award through @decentralized_pictures . Community ratings and comments help determine which projects are shortlisted for Sofia Coppola and the DCP Board to review, so every single vote really does count.
If you have a few spare minutes, I’d be incredibly grateful if you could support this amazing project by following the steps on the final slide. Watching the teaser, leaving a rating, and writing a thoughtful comment would mean so much to all of us.
And finally, thank you Brooke. Thank you for believing in me, trusting me with your vision, and giving me the opportunity to be part of something so special. 🤍🎬

@brooke.belotti / @lottidesigns for something VERY special…

The official teaser for @chiarastayawhile is now on @decentralized_pictures and available to be voted on by all of you.

I was so honoured to be asked to be present and capture the magic of this film unfold. To witness a person have the courage and grit to dedicate themselves completely to an idea and a dream is really quite profound.

Not only that, but to see a team of equally dedicated, incredibly talented creative professionals come together to make this film happen was truly remarkable.

Bravo everyone @brooke.belotti @lottidesigns @chiarastayawhile @rebel1productions
