Day 3 of Purposeful Pause was about making space for what God is calling in. 🤍

More trust. More grace. More connection. More of the peace that comes when we stop trying to hold everything together and simply make room for God.

Through meaningful conversations, moments of stillness, laughter, and reflection, we continued exploring what it means to live rooted in who God says we are.

As we prepare to return to everyday life, we’re asking: And we’d love to ask you the same. What’s something you’re making more room for in your life? 🤍

What happens when you give yourself permission to slow down and simply be? 🤍

Day 2 of Purposeful Pause was filled with moments that reminded us why creating space for God, ourselves, and one another matters so much.

There was time to learn, time to reflect, and time to simply enjoy being together. From shared meals and laughter to learning regulation, letting go, and a beautiful Yoga Nidra and sound bath, every part of the day invited us to slow down and receive.

And perhaps one of the most meaningful parts? Watching women connect, open their hearts, and realize they don’t have to carry everything alone.

We’re curious: When was the last time you gave yourself permission to truly pause? We’d love to hear what that looks like for you in the comments.🤍

Day 1 of Purposeful Pause. 🤍🌵

What a beautiful beginning.

Women arrived from different places, carrying different stories, but gathering with a shared desire to step away from the noise, slow down, and make space for God.

There are already new friendships, meaningful conversations, laughter, quiet moments, and the beginning of something really special.

We’ve prayed over this retreat, every detail, and now we pray together. Seeing everyone finally gathered is such a gift.

And this was only day one. 🤍

Welcome to Purposeful Pause.
The pause begins today. 🤍

After months of dreaming, planning, preparing, and praying, Purposeful Pause Retreat is finally here.

Over the next few days, we'll slow down together. We'll make space for meaningful conversations, deep rest, nourishing meals, movement, laughter, reflection, and time in God's presence.

Our hope is that every woman who walks through the doors today feels deeply welcomed, cared for, and free to simply be.

This space has been prepared with so much love and intention.
And to everyone following along, we're grateful you're part of this beautiful community. We look forward to sharing little glimpses of the experience as it unfolds.

Let the pause begin. 🤍

The team is coming together, the final touches are being made, and we're preparing to welcome an incredible group of women to Scottsdale.

Every detail has been chosen with intention. The meals, the spaces, the conversations, the teaching, the quiet moments, and the little surprises along the way.

But what we're most excited about can't be placed on an itinerary.
It's what God will do in the hearts of the women who have chosen to step away from the noise and make room for Him.

To every woman joining us: You don't need to arrive with anything figured out. You don't need to be the put-together version of yourself.
Just come as you are.

We've been praying for you, and we cannot wait to welcome you. 🤍

The team is preparing to gather.
2 days until Purposeful Pause! 🤍

The bags are being packed, final preparations are underway, and our team is getting ready to come together in Scottsdale!

We've spent months dreaming about how to make this experience both beautiful and deeply meaningful.

Through Regulate to Rise, Power Versus Force, Regulation, and Protecting Your Energy, we'll explore what it means to live rooted in God, aligned with our values, restored in mind and body, and intentional about how we move through everyday life.

And woven throughout it all will be moments to simply receive. Beautiful meals, movement, prayer, laughter, meaningful connection, and space to breathe.

We're so excited for what these next few days will hold.

Scottsdale, here we come!

3 days until Purposeful Pause! 🤍

The welcome gifts are being prepared, the final details are coming together, and we've been praying over the women who will soon be gathering with us in Scottsdale.

Every part of this retreat has been thoughtfully curated, from the nourishing meals and beautiful spaces to the teaching, movement, sound experiences, and meaningful conversations.

But what we're most excited about isn't something we can plan.
It's what happens when women come together, let their guards down, and create space for God to move.

One of the most beautiful things we heard after our last retreat was:
"I've never shared my struggles with women before. But here, I felt like I could. No judgment. Just love."
Three more days until we get to create that kind of space again.

Countdown to a Purposeful Pause is on! 5 days left! 🤍

Purposeful Pause began with a shared belief: women need spaces where they don't have to perform, produce, or hold everything together.

We wanted to create something different. A beautiful, intentional gathering where faith, restoration, honest conversations, and meaningful connection could exist together.

Not just another getaway, but a space to slow down long enough to hear God, reconnect with yourself, and remember what matters most.

That's the heart behind Purposeful Pause, and in just five days, we'll get to experience it together again.

The countdown is on, and our hearts are so ready.

A gathering we've been praying over for months.

6 days until Purposeful Pause! 🤍

We have something beautiful to celebrate as we count down to our October retreat.

Within five days of opening registration, we all but completely sold out the retreat. We never rushed to fill the space, we trusted that God had specific people in mind and He did. We prayed over every room, just as we've prayed over every woman who said yes to joining us.

Every room has been filled intentionally and our hearts are overflowing with gratitude.
What moves us most proud is knowing that women are choosing to step away from the noise, make space for God, and invest in their own restoration.

In just six days, we'll gather in Scottsdale, and we cannot wait to see what He has in store. 🤍
