1 thing is for sure...

you can guarantee that your income will be predictable with a 9-5 job.
That is often a safety factor for people and why most would rather work for someone else.

With a business , there are nights of uncertainty. There are times when you are taking a chance on a new idea , design, or method. There are learning curves. Sometimes things don't feel predictable. That is scary . There's doubt that entrepreneurs face many obstacles.

But 1 thing is for sure -when you work for someone else , often times your income is capped and you may only have some opportunities for higher pay. There also comes the sacrifice of working away from families , working holidays , and working on someone else's schedule.

I wouldn't suggest changing a career that you love - unless - you feel under paid , you're missing out on life events , or you just want more for yourself .

Owning a business takes a lot of sacrifice and time.
It is not for everyone .

Many times you are even saying No to things to make time for your business because you had a "bad" income week.

These are very realistic scenarios we go through as entrepreneurs.

But entrepreneurs are a little crazy! And we would rather work harder for ourselves than we would for someone else.

And there is no cap on your income earning 🥰 the only limit is the one you create .
