This day was so fun, stressful and rewarding!
The crew learning how to waltz the night before, setting up the props day of, to nailing the dancing scenes all dressed up🙌🏼

@m.spittle99 ripping a dead tree from the ground to make the background pretty✨🙏🏼

Me staunched up at @madzyrt 💪🏼

‘The sun is also a star’ music video is out!!

I had the absolute pleasure directing this alongside my bestfriend @teganclarkmusic

A few months ago we sat down with a crazy little idea and here we are.

Thank you so much to everyone involved, to our beautiful friends who took time out of their days and put 110% effort into it.

The costume team who spent many hours going through each outfit with us and designing some incredible looks

The makeup team who did such a great job going above and beyond with our ideas!

@bokastudiosau our videographer who made our vision come to life better than we could have imagined.

Our dance choreographer @stilett.ho who did wonders at teaching us all how to Viennese waltz and created such beautiful scenes. @brookeburf for helping direct that dance come to life during filming.

To everyone who helped building the set the day of only 3 hours before our shoot.

And thank you so much Tegan for trusting me with your idea to such a beautiful song of yours.

I love and adore you all!

I have the best friends in the world.

I’m so grateful for @shilo.kwocksun for putting in months of planning for the day to be perfect. Directing each scene so everyone knew what they were doing, turned out amazing.

To @m.spittle99 for hanging decorations, cutting down trees and doing anything that needed to be done for the vision.

To @bokastudiosau for being so professional and capturing every scene to perfection.

To @stilett.ho for choreographing and teaching all of my friends how to waltz!

To @brookeburf for being the best dance captain and helping block out scenes.

For all of my friends to give up their time, dress up, dance and act for our vision, it’s so special✨🥹

It was all hands on deck to put this together. From organising costume fittings to decorating the space. So forever grateful.
