We don’t heal in isolation. We heal in community.

Creating these communal spaces for women to awaken and embody their wild, wise, erotic essence … is literally the reason I get out of bed in the morning.

For me retreat is not about pushing for some catharsis … it’s about creating the space in which that transformation can naturally arise.

It’s a creative and emergent field of healing. Connecting women to their innate affiliation for their body and their embodied capacity for healing… all on their own.

Like the caterpillar that dissolves to goop in the chrysalis but whose cells hold deep within them a code that knows how to restructure into a creature who can fly. We each have that same capacity for self organisation, re connection and profound healing deep within us. Thriving is our natural state.

The practice is about learning how to get out of the way. To allow the force of nature you are in truth … to rip through you and into the world.

And WOW - being in a room full of women being blown wide open by their own true nature… is one of the most powerful and transformative experiences I believe we can have here on Earth. Dam.

It’s an experience that will render you wordless, bring you to your knees and often to climax… Which is why I’ve dedicated my life to creating the spaces and emergent fields within which this state of wild, unbridled goddess essence can emerge. I am devoted to serving Her, in every woman.

We only need create the right chrysalis, the right community, the right space and support for that wild, throbbing, thriving to emerge.

Facilitating a re-wilding of your bodies, a reclaiming of your voices and a rememebring of who the fck you really are on this retreat… was an experience that stretched my hearts capacity to hold so much love and beauty. Each of you brought your unique essence and together we created magic. What a GIFT. Thank you.

Last week, Salt + Snow led a beautiful hike up and down Lemon Squeezer on the Appalachian Trail. A little rain didn’t stop us from having a day filled with laughter, a heart-pumping workout and enjoying the beautiful fall foliage.
