Telling our family our exciting news was truly one of the most special moments of our entire trip. 🤍 There’s something so incredibly meaningful about sharing a moment this big with the people who have loved us, prayed for us, encouraged us, and stood beside us throughout our journey.

We feel beyond blessed to have such an amazing foundation of family and loved ones surrounding us. Thank you for always loving us, supporting us, guiding us, and believing in our love story. We wouldn’t be who we are or where we are today without each of you.

We can’t wait to add to our little girls club in the Olenski household 🌸🩷👛🌷🩰 @mylesolenski truly is the best dad to these girls. We are so so so thankful for the crew of people the Lord has provided us in Waco as we start our family.

So many moments with these women have been filled with laughs, tears, processing what it means to be godly women, wives, and mommas. So much time praying for wisdom to raise our babies to know and love Jesus and have fun while doing it.🩷

Been having so much fun with my wife, doing ministry with College and Youth students, training with the fellas, being with my community, and enjoying God’s creation. Thank you Jesus for the abundant life I get to have in you!

Shepherd is already so so loved!!! Had the sweetest shower yesterday + was reminded of what a blessing our community is to us. Feeling so extremely thankful and giddy and excited to meet baby boy🐑🥹🩵🫶🏼

Ran around the country for a month with a heart searching for something that felt like home. I was gently reminded that feeling isn’t found in a place- it’s found in the people who live higher, an old book I keep reading, and the moments where your mind gets quiet enough to sit in the presence of something much greater than yourself. The thing about gifts, especially when it comes to getting a gift from someone who is really good at giving them, is that you don’t really get to play much of a part in it on the front end. I think the best gifts that I’ve gotten tend to come from the people who know me the best, the ones who spend enough time with me to know what I need (often times before I do), and who even time the gift giving so perfectly that I didn’t even notice I lacked anything before I was given it. The only thing you can really do when you get a good gift is to just receive it, and I think the best way to thank the person who gave it to you is to enjoy it.

This weekend while I was standing next to @jaidynkammer as she was becoming a wife, what kept going through my mind was just how good our God is at giving gifts to his kids.

The thing about a gift from God is that nothing you do earns it or deserves it, and yet he delights in giving it and gives it to you just so that you can enjoy it- so that you can enjoy him. Something our pastor said this morning is that you cannot boast in the gift without boasting in the giver.

And I can’t believe the giver is this good.
