Greece, thank you for not only being the most amazing home for the past 5 months, but for giving me the best people I now get to call lifelong friends. Thank you for giving me an experience that I’ll talk about forever. Thank you for the friendships that turned strangers into family, for the conversations that lasted for hours, and for the laughter, support, and memories I’ll carry with me forever. This semester taught me so much about the world and about myself, and I know a piece of my heart will always stay here. Forever grateful for every moment, every person, and every memory made in this beautiful place. Greece, I love you ☺️🩵

Thank you Greece for teaching me to live in the moment. Each country and city taught me something new. Cyprus was the first place and taught me to appreciate who I’m surrounded by not what I’m surround by. Then London my favorite city the place that felt like home when I was thousands of miles away. I couldn’t tell you why but it just felt right being there like I belonged there in that moment. Morocco showed me what I’m grateful for and how fortunate I am back home and what others do to simply live their daily lives. Italy taught me that this world is so much more beautiful than I could’ve ever imagined. Then Barcelona a beautiful city but taught me always to never be too naive. Lastly my favorite of them all the place I got to call home for the last 5 months it showed what life was like away from everyone and everything I love and know. I found that I can do things on my own and that when something doesn’t go your way doesn’t always mean it’s the end just a way for another opportunity to appear. So thankful for this beautiful city I got to call home you were everything I knew I needed and everything I didn’t even realize
To my friends and family who I’ve gained through this I also want to tell you a little bit about them. Ive gained what I’m happy to consider life long friends and will always reach out whenever cause we experienced what it was like to live 5,000 miles away from home together. I left everything that was familiar but gained something that now feels familiar. I couldn’t ever stop talking about my experience so if you’re feeling like life isn’t working out the way you planned trust me there’s a whole world out there that will tell you otherwise.
