The saying goes “No Shoes, No Shirt, No service” but in our case (as you can see with the boys 🤪) I think it’s QUITE the opposite. The more you strip down your “layers” of comfortability it BRINGS more service. The first thing our boys did every time we met together was strip their shirts and shoes and got RIGHT into the playing or running or imaginary animal characters. No shame no worries just being their true and raw selves. That’s what we should do with our community! Strip it down (now I’m talkin spiritually 😂) and get STRAIGHT to the connecting. It’s better that way. This weekend was the perfect example of this. Taking us out of our daily routines, time set out for the adults AND the kids to truly connect without all the background noise of the world around us. Just nature, scripture, and quality time! (AND COFFEE!!!!!! 😁). Those who know me well know I LOVE a good aesthetic especially a seasonal one! But that paired with a foundation of faith AND friends?!?!? Heaven. Can’t wait for next year!!! And for all the good change ahead! 🙌🏽

An evening at SHINE ✨

What a beautiful reminder that transformation doesn’t happen all at once. Sometimes God calls us to take a step before we see the whole picture, trust Him in the waiting, and allow Him to renew our hearts along the way.

From the plans He has for us (Jeremiah 29:11), to the peace He gives in seasons of change (John 16), to the steps He establishes (Psalm 37:23), we are continually invited to trust His leading.

Just as He called Abraham to go (Genesis 12:1), He calls us to surrender our own plans and be transformed by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2).

Transformation begins when we stop trying to become who the world expects us to be and let God shape us into who He created us to be. 🤍

Grateful for an evening of truth, encouragement, and growing together as we continue to say yes to what God is doing in us and through us.

Join us 11/2!

Last night, Shine Ministries kicked off their Fall Social at the Barn, and what a beautiful evening it was. 🤍

There is something so special about watching women come together, encourage one another, and most importantly, praise God together.

Next week, Shine begins their new message series, Transformation, and we can’t wait to see what God has in store for this next season. If you’ve been looking for a place to connect, grow in your faith, and build meaningful relationships with other women, we’d encourage you to check it out.

Visit the Shine Ministries website to learn more and get connected!

Thank you, Shine Ministries, for allowing us to be a part of such a special night, but even more so, for your friendship, encouragement, and the community you’ve been over the past year. #mcgranahanbarn #shineministry

Still soaking it in. (And replaying these behind the scenes clips over & over)

Our very first live concert on the lawn was everything we hoped for. From the music and laughter to seeing families, friends, and neighbors making memories together, it was a night we’ll never forget.

THANK YOU to every single person who came out, danced, sang along, cheered on the band, grabbed dinner from the vendors, and supported our small business. Your encouragement means more than you’ll ever know.

We are so grateful for this incredible community. Thank you for helping make our concert on the lawn such a special one! 🎶 #McGranahanBarn #90sCountryNight #okcvenue

Our very first 90s Country Night is in the books, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

Thank you to every single person who came out, brought your friends and family, danced, sang along, and made it such a fun evening. Seeing the lawn full of smiling faces, lawn chairs, boots, and great memories is exactly what we hoped for.

A huge thank you to our incredible band, food trucks, vendors, and everyone who helped make the night possible. We had an absolute blast, and we hope you did too!
