August in Aialik, 2025.

It doesn’t get much better than that. August is always the month that makes me yearn for Alaska. It is when summer and fall begin to collide, and the Fjords are teaming with life. Last summer, I was lucky enough to get called back up to AK to fill in with some guiding in August. So of course, I took 10 days off of work to go work. It wasn’t until a few weeks ago that I realized I had not downloaded all of the photos off my camera from that trip. Here’s just a few of the gems that were lurking on there. This Fjord and the people I have been able to experience it with have truly brought so much joy to my life, it’s nearly impossible to put into words. Fortunately, Alaska can speak for herself.

10.20.24 🤍 A year later and I’m finally sharing the dreamiest bridal shower ever. My (then) soon-to-be husband spent countless hours building everything from my custom dessert cart to the welcome sign and backdrops to bring my vision to life. We had a bouquet bar, recipe cards, boozy brunch, games, and a lingerie raffle… and let’s just say a year later, I finally put the lingerie to use and Richard would like to personally thank everyone who contributed 😂

Thank you to everyone who came and made me feel so loved! Forever grateful for this day and these people!
