Roll the credits to School of Rock 🎸🤘🏻
Thankful for all my friends and my Star family for coming to see the show and supporting me. Appreciate you so much.

Doing these shows is a joy, so it makes it more special when the people in my life celebrate that too. It means a lot more to me than just coming to seeing a show. I feel like I finally have a place, a community and the right people know how special that is. 🥹🫶🏻

Now I’m sad till the next show….🥺

Annie!

What a fun show. So thankful to be part of this. This was my first time being part of an Annie production. I had so much fun playing Sophie in Hooverville and Cecille in Servants.
Thank you to my family, friends and boyfriend for supporting me. It means so much that you showed up for me, especially when this is mostly a kids show.
The kids were amazing talented. I had adopted a few of my own during this show. They were a blast to work with and so much fun! Even Maggie, the dog who plays Sandy was so sweet.
I really enjoyed getting to know everyone in this show. Y’all are so special and I’m glad to call you my friends. Also shoutout to my Something Rotten family coming to support. Love you guys so much! It was so nice seeing you again. 🥹🥰

What a way to end my first theater season by being in two musicals. Though it was tiring and long being in back to back shows, I’m glad this was the year I finally had my dreams come true of being on stage. After seeing my dream shows on Broadway, I told myself this is the year I would audition for a musical. And it happened just a few months later. I was always so scared of putting myself out there, but I’m so glad I did. This was worth all the years of waiting. Thank you to the real ones who encouraged me to go for it! The people I’ve met at Star Theater are the reason why I love it so much. They hold a special place in my heart and these are the memories I’ll cherish forever. I already miss them all so much.
Thank you @thestartheatre for welcoming me into Star family. You’ve made this little theater kid have a heart full of joy.
That’s a wrap on 2025.
But now onto the 2026 season! With new stories to tell.

(Wish I could tag more but it only allows 20!)

🍳🎶 “Am I in my first-time honeymoon feels, or is this just an exceptionally special musical with an exceptionally special cast?”
We might have closed a month ago, but I still want Something Rotten to exist on my timeline. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better first musical, or a better way to spend my 35th birthday. @davidstarco asked me to deliver the birthday poem I’d prepared, and luckily I wrote it on my hand (an improv class is clearly in my future).
I’ve been around @thestartheatre friends long enough to know there are some truly quality humans there, but experiencing the community this way was something else entirely. It takes a lot to cultivate a culture like this, so from the staff to the leads to the Star-regulars: thank you for making this such a welcoming, inclusive, supportive, and ridiculously fun experience.
As for my characters, I loved the duality of playing both an uptight Puritan (literally judging the hell out of some beautiful heathens) and my dear Helena: a whiskey-loving girlie with a thing for her bestie when she’s dressed as a dude, torn between loyalty and obsessing over Shakespeare. Giving a mostly ensemble character a real backstory and fully immersing in the world? Wearing a pretty medieval dress and playing make-believe with a room full of creative humans? I get it now.

Eggcelent. Eggstravagant. Eggshausted. 🍳
Backstage shenganigans with the best cast/crew. I love this show soo much I cried when it ended. Like fully sobbing at the finale of the last show. These beautiful people have been the best. Onstage & offstage. Blessed to call them my friends now too! They are all so supportive, welcoming and kind. I’ve never felt so loved by so many. It’s a feeling I’ll always cherish. They made it the best experience I could’ve only ever dreamed about. Love you all my Rotten family! 🫶🏻

(Sucks that I can only tag 20 people when this cast had 53!)

Thank you to my family and friends. Your support means so much to me. So happy you came to see me in my very first show. So happy you all enjoyed it! I’ve never had this many flowers since my graduation! Feeling so loved. So thankful for you all! 💐✨

Special shoutout to @will_bringsaxy_bach for being my rock during this time. From bringing me food during long days, rides to/from rehearsals and your unconditional support, especially during my audition process and hearing me sing the same song over and over again. Also for coming opening weekend twice to see me! I love you so much💕

To @ttayllormarie, thank you for believing in me. You’ve been the best friend in this whole process. Thank you for being my hype woman, my safe space to vent and always there for me whenever I need. Love you bestie!

To @lady_luck_trivia_ thank you for encouraging me to audition! Because of you I met other Star actors through your events. I wouldn’t have done this without you inviting me to see Pippin with you months ago. Thanks for starting this with me and being there til the end. Love you Luba!

Shoutout to @natanya.jpg who introduced me to this musical in the first place! It’s one of her favorites. My sisters and I watched this production at moonlight and I’m so glad I was able to be a part of this show years later. Thankful for you! Love you sis.

My birthday Halloween bar crawl in Oside was so fun. Thankful for my friends that came out and dressed up. Shoutout to my bestie @ttayllormarie for organizing this and for the crown/sash. Love you all!
